Happy with the outcome of the voting. “Birth” - to me - is exactly the sort of pre-release that shows a very different, very non-LOONA side to ARTMS that will help them develop their own identity as a group that is not LOONA. “Birth” was the favorite of both HaSeul and JinSoul. “Distress” feels like “Plastic Candy”’s darker, sexier sister that I would love as a HaSeul solo, but I’m glad it’ll be on the album.
Honestly I wish that Distress was the pre release, with Non scale and Love or Die being bsides😭 not a huge fan of Birth, but will obviously support regardless
I am glad that Song D won the pre release and that Song A will be on the album! Birth is a song that will be so different from what a lot of the other girl groups are doing (except maybe purple kiss) and will surely be enhanced by digipedi's video. Then Song A in my opinion sounds so much like a perfect Loona bside and I will love seeing it blow up in the orbit community!
Pretty happy with the selection Prince. The Billie Eilish (like) song could come alive with a Digipedi video. I also liked song A quite a bit. Distress? Nice contrast. Now I am seriously stoked about the album and title track. Two music videos. Full debut. Yes. Please.
Looking at what tripleS has done with their Gravity before we might see these songs that didn't make it to this album in the next album as b-sides. So not too upset that my favorite didn't make it in now. Just hope the next album is not too far away.
Yes me too want b to album, but this is a system, we have to respect it. This modhaus concept uses voting, songs that are eliminated will be considered for the next album for TripleS and Artms.
My favorite song was B but from the beginning I thought the most close to the concept I want from ARTMS is A and The one that would have the most impact as a pre-realease would be D. That's why even if I voted for B, it seems perfect to me that A and D won.
I think my preferences were heavily influenced by the fact one of them was getting an MV, because I just wanted to see what and MV with Song D would look like. If it was only choosing which two songs were going to be on the album, I think A would have been my first choice, and my second would have been B actually?
Okay so, Im happy with the results, Im glad birth won as a prerelease bc you can def hear the impact of that song and I think it might even bring some new attention to the grp. Ik a lot of ppl were dragging it on twt for being billie eillish coded or pixy coded but idc its diff from everything they had before and im here for it I did pick non-scale tho and I hoped that it would place at least 2nd as a bside, bc like you said its such a comfort zone song, very bright and nostalgic and I was hoping to have that kinda contrast in the album. We might still get that with a new song and then maybe non-scale could end up with a future TripleS unit bc it does have that youthful vibe, who knows?
Rewatching this now was refreshing.. Non scale being a tripleS song now, i was surprised how ARTMS sang the demo for it.. it had the bright mature sound.
To me, for me, song A and B were my favorites and song D is so Billie Eilish coded to be an ARTMS song, but of course they're a new artist I guess, so maybe it will become their sound. For now I'm not really happy with "Birth" being the choice, but maybe in a few months it will be my favorite.
I was kinda bumb3d C got last, it was a Doja Cat kinda song and it was mainstream enough to get some western recognition and I think B wouldve been such a good throw back pre release, sadly we lost both, not mad D got picked, warming up to it tbh
tbh people don't really like "radio friendly" songs, they only become popular if the artists releasing them are already big, so Love or Die wouldn't have done anything for them.
@@soondoongie no. im talking le sserafim and ive type big, not "made it out of nugudom" big. loona as a full group already had people hating on their title tracks. loossemble, oec or the solo debuts haven't exactly been hits either so they're gonna have to prove themselves once again.
@@soondoongie and if kpop stans knew about the redebuts, you think they would care? air force one's been out for 6 months and i rarely hear people outside of orbits talk about it (even considering how popular the eastcost club genre was at the time). loona has a loud and loyal fanbase but they don't get general public attention to the level of even groups like stayc unfortunately. we have more luck attracting random locals than kpop stans somehow.
Yes i think MH playing little with us;/ they were first who was free from BBC and we still don't have their debut;P I HOPE it will be fire or i will fired MH;P This group must safe a kpop for me in 2024! Because every year my bias groups list shrink in 2023 i lost Fifty Fifty, (G)I-dle released stinker "i want that" plus dumb "queencard" only "I do" - save them, Pixy having struggles with new songs, lucky i finally meet Dia and rest members personally on their concert, Alice had just one comeback with 2 members less, 3YE almost disbanded ....Just Ichillin and Limelight were bright stars whole year, plus debut of Kiss of Life. So generally 2023 wasn't the best for me....
this is kinda unrelated and not that big of a deal, but you didn’t have a full grown moustache in videos before this one, here you do but now it’s gone which is more understandable, I’m so confused Song A also have similar melodies to the Plastic Candy chorus if that was also what you were thinking of
as soon as i heard all the snippets i KNEW i wanted birth to be the prerelease and 조난/distress to be the bside. so basically i win!
Same 😍
saaaaameeee ❤🔥

Let’s say a prayer for Love or Die. It was too good for this world 😢😅
imo Love or Die had the biggest hit potential, it sounds very radio friendly
@@finnrogue9435 it sounded sm like say so by doja cat to me, so for sure very radio friendly

I LOVEEEEEE SONG D

in the other video they said discarded songs won't come back
Song A had the same structure as Plastic Candy - Haseul on the chorus for the first part melody
That's what it reminded me of 😮
FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT ‼️‼️
So none of the songs that doesn't get pick will be scrap. Will probably be put in a vault and used in the future.
i didnt know digipedi was working on mv now im extra excited for this song and mv
So excited to have Digipedi back.
Seriously I can't wait to see what digipedi comes up with
I wanted song b to win😢😢

loona island was on fire that day

I'm so glad someone else finally mentioned suit and tie 😂 but A is sooo good. I'm so happy with the winners!

Song A kinda reminds me of an Eyedi track, actually

I just can't with Birth..it's very polarising in fandom tbh
Song C - Love & Die has a similar rhythm & progression like Say So by Doja Cat - like in the pre-chorus

Actually this is for the title track no?
No just the pre-release
