Caught an attic rat in my Havahart live trap. Thought it was a mighty big mouse! Thanks for details. Plugging fascia boards with steel wool and foam fill. 3 days later, peanut butter was tempting enough.
Cool vid. Tried everything.... nothing, but them suckers couldn't get past the sticky glue traps. Used WD40 to release em for wild Hawk, Falcon and Owl food. The mice almost jumped out of the 5 gallon bucket, had to raise the bucket walls, little suckers are like a loaded spring. The Rats have beadier eyes close together then the mice do and aggressively bite anything, their tails look like oily skin. I use long tongs to pick up the glue trays. They will drag the tray everywhere and some will pull their foot completely off leaving their foot.

Idk which I have ain't seen any ain't seen no droppings or no bites in things around the house all I have heard is scratching. laying in bed an heard a scratching sound listened closely it first sounded like it was in the external wall kept listening an heard it again so tapped an it stopped then started again then it sounded like it was under my bed ain't slept in my room since next day I went to look under my bed did not see any signs but did find that my daughter had hidden a peanut butter sandwich under my bed. Why 🤦🏽♀️😒 idk. But I'm guessing it a mouse as they like peanut butter I guess that's what it came for.
