those mirror glasses may seem gimmicky, but they can actually be quite useful for disabled/bedbound people!
They're called prism glasses when they're used in hospitals. And yes, for people with spinal injuries and such that are in halo braces those glasses are amazing.

I think the pandemic cursed everyone. literally everything in my house is breaking. the washer, the floor, the walls are leaking, our TV broke, our pipes busted. its crazy. so I feel you. its crazy.

Everything in my parents house was already broke before the pandemic. The government paid for all the children’s food and the food banks were really helpful. My parents were finally able to spend money on a new washer and dryer that had been broke for 6 months. They fixed the kitchen stove that has been broke for almost 7 years. My mom built a shed and even re-built the fence. I’m just happy my family was very lucky. I hope you get better luck. 💕

i feel this, our heating broke first so we’ve been living in the cold during winter because nobody will come fix it and now our washing machine broke, the cold from outside is getting into the house and causing all the outside doors to stick so you have a whole workout trying to open them 😂😂

the pen with the notebook has an eraser. the lil white thing is the eraser. And once u run outta ink, u can buy / order em from the company 'pilot'. they have almost the same pen.
I remember as a kid my nan taught me and my sister to sew and we used those pens to create a line we would sew across but anyway she said we had to use heat against it but then I found out that you need the eraser and I felt lied to.
@@hannahirvine7367 The eraser uses the friction to create heat! So it doesn't really matter if you use the eraser or other heat sources. Also be careful when you place your paper in the sun, I've had whole pages erased from the heat..
@@hannahirvine7367 She was not wrong, we use them often in sewing project and erase the line with the iron , and the eraser works only due to friction which creates heat :) .

Sometimes back pain from sleeping might be more due to your mattress than your posture. If I remember you inherited that mattress with the apartment? It might be too soft or too hard. And, like Goldilocks, you'll need to find one that's just right. Or buy a foam topper thing to try out. Oh, look. Another video idea :)

Taz, Maybe try shopping in the men's section for just your average plain T-shirt? I had the same problem as you with the shoulders and men's t-shirts are so much better for me personally...you should definitely give it a shot. I personally like the t-shirts from Topman...you can find them on the Asos website! Loved the video by the way, it literally doesn't matter what type of video you upload..I always find you very entertaining!

"Relaxed fit" blouses have dropped shoulder seams. Choosing a relaxed fit tee that fits in the waist might work (although relaxed is also bigger in the waist, so....)

The cleaning paste is abrasive so definitely not good for paint!! But it’s great for getting sticky stuff off counter tops and stuff like that ☺️ I love using it for jobs like cleaning my hob hood ☺️

I think so too, it probably has a camera or sensor or something looking at what happens directly in front of it. So if you just put it on a table and "type" on the table it should work.
The laser needs to be at ground level/the same level as the platform it’s projecting onto
I had that pen at 15:25 10 years ago and I vaguely recall erasing the ink with the back of the pen. But wiping it is definitely so much more convenient 😄
I use that pink stuff. It is AMAZING! If using for pencil marks on the wall, use a soft sponge, and very gentle pressure, the abrasive grit is very effective. And I agree... it smells incredible. I likened it it natural raspberry yoghurt. I swear if I didn't read the label first... Nom!

The rocket science notebook thing is similar to these friction pens I had when I was younger.... You could use a damp cloth or the back of the pen to erase the ink and just scan using a normal scanning app on your phone to store your notes...

Taz, please check out psoas stretches, and anything for core strengthening. I slept in the fetal position for most of my life and have horrible posture and it shortens some muscles and decreases your range of motion/causes pain. The psoas stretches feel soooo good!
You're definitely not the only one with the back pain just from sleeping, I have that too, especially if I stay in bed too long and won't find the energy to get up in the morning... soo.. feel you, sis🙈💕

Those pens are actually friction eraser pens that you can buy and use on regular paper. You don’t need the special book and just use the eraser on the back of the pen. However, don’t leave any written stuff in hot places as the writing can disappear, and can be restored by being put in a fridge for the ink to get cold

the rocketbook pen was super popular in the 2010's in South Africa. just letting you know that the ink fades over the years. they banned them at school bc the ink would completely disappear in like 2 years. so dont write/draw anything you want permanently with it!

3:20 Hey Taz, fellow pain-in-sleep guy with anxiety too. The current widespread belief is that anxiety is a mental thing, whereas the fact is that it is much more neurological. This is why people with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, mental health issues often have nerve pain or just headaches, backaches, etc that appear randomly and sometimes seem to shift around the body. Start taking nerve supplements and eat better food - the lesser the processing the better it is. Also avoid alcohol, there aren't really any scientific benefits. If medical marijuana or cannabinoids prescribed by doctors are available, those are really helpful in nerve health and consequently mental health issues too. Goes without saying, but, don't do drugs.

Sis from someone who’s 26 with a muscle wasting disability that has ‘the back of a 75 year old’ if you in that much pain from sleeping it’s your bed. Seriously, changing mine helped my bavk so much. I have a 12” memory foam topper and you need pillows that support your neck. The pillow should go from the bottom of your shoulder to the top so it perfectly supports you neck and your head is perfectly flat end not raised at all. Back support wise I find the upper bavk support to do nothing. You need one that supports the bottom of your bavk. They don’t fall off and it forces you to be straight. It helped my posture so much. Seriously take my advice you won’t regret it. I’ve recommended the pillow situation to anyone who has bavk/neck pain or wakes up really stiff. If you google perect pillow for side sleeper you can look at photos as it is hard to explain! Hope this helps!

@ClickForTaz jinx to the "body ache after sleeping" and I have similarly asked that question to myself multiple times that am I the only person facing it ...but it's crazy amazing to see you feel the same ...though the reason for the same is that we do not get enough sleep and the body hasn't gotten enough time to rest and repair. Huge Fan ;)
In the Czech Republic, the pilot pen was a huge trend here. It was used for ages. I don't know if elementary schools are still using these but in high school, we just use a normal pen. Just to sprinkle a little fun fact
Jessica Kelgren Fozard has talked about spending a lot of time lying down or on the floor due to POTS. I feel like people with the same or similar issues could actually be helped by those glasses.
Also I work in a children's hospital and we use something similar so that patients can watch films in the MRI scanner.

You can also get flash eraser they don’t ruin paint or anything. It’s really good. You soak it in warm water, squeeze it and literally with one wipe clean the stain snd it goes. Really good
