- HI FRIENDS!!! Here's a fun little vlog from this past weekend. I included a full workout and also took you through the buying and setup process for my new work space! Super stoked about it needed to share. Hope you guys enjoy the vlog :')

FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT
EMOM = every minute on the minute. complete the exercise and rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next move. complete 3-4 rounds!
MIN 1️⃣ snatches to squat (8 on one side then switch)
MIN 2️⃣ squat to front raise + press (8)
MIN 3️⃣ reverse lunge to shoulder press jacks (16)
MIN 4️⃣ bicep curl to deadlift alternating curls or both at once (8)
MIN 5️⃣ tricep extension to squat (8)
MIN 6️⃣ renegade rows to pushup (8)
MIN 7️⃣ rest

random, but I love that you talk about rest days as much as workout days! I think it’s easy for us to get hard on ourselves for doing too much of one or the other, but you always show a good balance and it’s super encouraging ☺️

monitor tip: you can change where the two screens are connected (ie where your mouse drags between screens) by clicking the apple in the upper left > system preferences > displays > arrangement. big fan btw :)))
