Just got my first job out of college at a lab! Exciting but definitely don’t feel like working out after 12 hour days, and most of the day is sitting so idk what to do lol
I know this struggle very good however I think at some points in our lifes Workouts just step in the background because we’re busy with living our life, with our jobs etc, and that’s totally fine! Maybe you can just accept that at this time in your life, you’re working out less than maybe in other times before :) and sometimes when we take out the pressure, we’re more often likely to say „okay, I’ll do a quick 10 or 15 min workout/dance session/walk“ just because we’re having the choice ☺️ and also remember that the amount Kris is working out is not average rather huge, we can also live a healthy life with working out 1/2 times per week 20 minutes or so:) so don’t Stress yourself too much and enjoy your job possibilities :) hope that is helpful in some way :)
I definitely know this is a struggle for a LOT of people who start working right off the bat and have long hours. IF possible, working out beforehand would be a great way to start the day. I also agree with what everyone replied already, maybe doing some less intense on breaks like a walk or a quick workout just to get your body moving? Don’t beat yourself up about not being able to workout on days you work long shifts! Take advantage of days you have off from your job :)

Beverly Hills I was wondering if it is better to buy my first( I am not new to working out ) dumbbell , like 7 Ibs ready ( the gummy one) or to buy my own small weight plates to compose my own weight and like add more of it ,not only to stick to one regular weight that is sold in the shop .
