That looks like a good system Mr. Miller. I like those bin carriers like that offered by Milwaukie, and the easy removal is also an excellent feature.
I use large plastic ammo boxes since they have a seal within the lid. I have three different heights depending on what I want to bring along. They're not quick removal, but are cheap and work well.
Man I never even thought about ammo boxes. I bet those do work well! Very cool dude. Yeah I think I'm going to like this system.
