He wrote and performed the greatest Bond theme ever! oh what we lost
Ron Wylie absolutely my friend
Wonderful !!!!!!!! ❤😍👏👏
There are many great Bond themes, but NONE goes as hard as "You know my name." Re-watch Casino Royale opening titles often. Chilling in its ferocity.
Best Bond movie ever, best Bond theme song ever. Chris Cornell rocks 😍 RIP
Its such a hard song to pull off live. Cornells performance gets better and better especially towards the end. RIP Chris.
Didn’t know he died. Requiescat in Pace.
WE KNOW YOUR NAME!!! WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU DEAR ANGEL!!! SO HANDSOME, MISS HIM BADLY
BRAVO!!! That drummer went to WORK! RIP Chris.
unreal talent is immortal.
we will always know your name...
God, I miss him. 😢
This is fucking luck that Chris wrote this song for Casino Royale, best Bond's movie ever! I remember how i watch this movie for a first time, and i was crazy about movie intro with that song. It has all needed ingredients mystic, poetry, action, betray and so on....
So cool that this song could even played live! Such a talent!
Best Bond movie by far.
If there ever was a song that only needed ONE guitar ...
Killer outro vocals
Imagine being so drunk that you sang a really hard song half sleep and still nailed it.
Tanto talento e agora estamos órfãos
Chris the best!
q grande nosotros . nunca falta el ...oleee,,oleeee
This is the second live performance I've searched for this song and both times he's flat as a pancake. Such a GREAT voice but....oh dear! So lethargic. Whoever engineered the studio recording for this obviously really pushed him on the day and got a wonderful performance.
I think he just got damn sick of late nite shows over and over
Keep searching he has some fantastic live performances 👍
Very late reply, but the one at Pinkpop in 2009 is pretty good. This one's by far the worst I've seen. I wonder if there was something wrong with his monitor. That said, Chris was always great in the studio but quite prone to get pitchy live on some songs. I haven't really found a good live performance of Pretty Noose yet
Get out there and sing even close to this 100-200 times a year. The guy was fighting his own demons for a long time. The man was a god in his craft. As he got older he slowly lost his battle. Cornell changed the game for generations to come. Put some respect on his name
@@SterkeYerke5555probably monitor for the first minute or two
2020..miss you much Chris..#sayhellotoheaven
Olé olé olé oleeee corneeeeel corneeeel
As a person with Mental Health Issues, and a life long Heroin Addict, one just needs to watch the slow progression over the year's of Chris singing this song, that he knew that Suicide was in his Name!
Gretchen Hagenlocher He KNEW that he made the BIGGEST mistake of his life when he married that Vicky. He always looked dead behind the eyes when he was with her and I’ve NEVER seen him with that look when he was with Susan Silver. His eyes also LIT up when he was with his children and TRUE friends/band mates
Stuning voiuce with Cornell
stunning* voice*
vine buscando si era él el que falleció pero lamentable si lo es...que en paz descanses😢😢😢
RIP.
💋💋
Amazing crowd, and stunning performance from the band and Chris!!! Thank you for the upload of this video!
This is in Argentina?
stone af
Not improbable hahah.
ma...è solo una mia impressione o Cornell stona clamorosamente...??? 🤔🤔🤔
Secondo me era ubriaco..sembra stia dormendo.
He is totally out of tune. But still enjoyable.
I love Chris, but the diference of energie between the singer and the band is huge...it' ruins the performance for me.
What did you expect... he was a grown man here and need concentration to let his vocals go
@@RenataDomarco_Arquitetura He is even out of tune...
I have a total respect for this guy and his talent, but this performance is terrible certainly the worst i have seen from him, totaly intoxicated.
I expect at least to be in tune...
