Think about trying these out. Federal has always been great shells. The lead shells are dynamite. I think these shells will be great.
I don't know what the buffer is but I do know that the shells are sealed just like your dry locks it's to keep water out of your shot

I like to purchase them from Rogers Sporting Goods. $179.99 a case
@LGO_Outdoors tests a good deal I'll have to do that as well. I recently bought a beretta a400 xtreme plus 12ga 30in bbl and am doing pattern tests with it before I buy a case of what shoots best for me.
