Yeah, I tried the metronome clipped on an electric guitar and it works great - without the guitar plugged in the metronome works great - plugged in you just can't have the amp too loud or you won't hear the metronome. Thank you for a great video, I bought the Lekato TM-25, and your video is much better than the Instructional manual. ( I now have a spare Metronome as bought one as well) I have my first lesson tomorrow have 2 nice Electric Guitars and a great-sounding Amp, Have loved the sound of Guitar since but have only just got the desire to play at 76.

Seems like a cool gadget, David... I have never figured out how to acquire the step down to E Flat, ala SRV or JH tuning... I know it is your business, but I wondered why you don't monetize rockongoodpeople… IMO there are video's of great value, and why not get compensated for it.. You have 337k subscribers.. The eB tuning is A430 - you can set your tuner to that or just tune each string down one half step so you get Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb - hope that helps. Hi Greg - yes, the tuner/metronome has an auto shutoff - I think most of these clip on type tuners do and let me tell u its a good thing. I have a hand help metronome that I also use a lot and it does not have that feature and I am constantly leaving it on by accident and draining the battery. Sucks. I go to use it and its dead because my stupid self forgot to turn it off. So that auto shut off on devices like these really help in my opinion. This is exactly what I was looking for, a clip on tuner with audible metronome (snarks, or some snarks, have visual metronome but no click sound).

Can you change the tone generator to anything but A4? It would be a good ear training for my students to match the pitch while tuning.

Does the metronome shutoff after an amount of time? I don't even like auto-shutoff on tuners.
