Same here, I am using Mac Studio M2 MAX with 64GB Ram (dual monitors).
    Did you find any solutions?

No solution... I keep getting random issues with Illustrator to the point it's almost unusable with GPU rendering. I opened a thread in Adobe's forum. Would be great if you could chime in there.

@@pierbover Hello! It seems that the issue disappears from the MacBook when you disconnect the secondary monitor and work solely with the Mac's monitor. I'm not sure if you have a second monitor. I just wanted to share my experience. Regards.

Did you ever find the cause for this issue? I've been struggling with the same issue, and it turned out that the software Magnet I used to manage the position of my windows (split-screen, left/right/top/bottom window, etc) was the cause of the lag. If I set Magnet to "Ignore" Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe software, my lag seems to disappear.

In my case it was using a MBP with an external monitor. Closing the lid and using separate spaces for each display fixed most of the problems. It sucks and hopefully Adobe and/or Apple will find a solution for this.
