Very clear instruction, I sat through all 17 tutorials. The only thing that tripped me up was in #5 - Creating Quotes for Projects, my Xero does not afford me the option to 'Assign to Project' when creating a new quote? Perhaps this was something that was removed since your video was aired?

Do you know if Xero can create quotes for rental management? I have a list of kit and prices, but I have not found a way to easily increase the quote by the number of days of the hire. Any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, appreciate this series you have put together. Ive found it quite helpful. I have a question about sending a deposit invoice. I was able to follow along and pull the estimated tasks and expenses through and produce a quote, now its time to send a 50% deposit invoice and I can't pull the estimate up the same way you are showing, it just shows the estimate as $0 and I can't work out how to apply it like I did in the quote? Any ideas

So I worked out my own fix, thought I would post it just in case anyone else was finding the same problem. I had not ticked the box "calculate from tasks and expenses" so it was showing the estimate as $0. I went into "Edit" ticked that box and up it came..
