Build: 22113 Lead Storm. This is simply done with a macro, the one i'm using clicks at 46 cps.
It lets you get some unreasonable dps.

That "Damn" wasn't in reaction to the overheat, it was the only thing Gunner could muster after testing his newfound firepower
I think he said "Jam" or "Jammed" but I might be mistaken
I personally wouldn't say "Jammed" after unleashing over 1000 rounds in less than a minute, but Gunner's stoicism knows no bounds
@@asdf-pd1uj I personally would probably say jammed after my gun jams. Even if it happens after firing 1700 rounds in 20 seconds.
For those interested this is what happens when you use autoclicker set as fast as possible. Strange interaction that only happens with minigun. Its pretty fun, but don't do it in public games you'll probably get just kicked for "cheating".
im not sure it'll even work very well if you're client-side since apparently unreal engine doesnt handle high fire rates very well over the internet and a lot of your shots wont be processing on the host's end i believe
that's why minigun has the double ammo consumption

Still going to try it. Plus I don't think this counts as cheating. Exploring the game engine sure but not cheating. Not like and engineer I saw the other day with infinite platforms
@@LordRazer3 Id say this does count as cheating, or at least exploting. You are using external programs to increase your firerate past what a normal player can do, which makes you stronger than players who arent using external programs for help

shooting nearly 2000 rounds in one overheat, the amount of gunpowder ignited all at once must be hot enough to damage some kind of internal mechanism in that thing holy cow
now management has to put replacement parts in the resupply pods too lol

like the leadstorm has all those little gears on the side, if they melt together idk if I wanna replace them while trying to frantically run from a dreadnought lmao
@@lizzard3699 tbh in this case scenario the dreadnought would be nothing but a green stain by the time you'll need to worry about replacing you're gun.
This is why Deep Rock doesn't invest in better equipment---we just burn through it all anyway.

This is FRICKING INCREDIBLE!
I set my delux m625 fire button to 5ms delay (the lowest you can get) just to see what it is capable of and.... my jaw dropped
This thing almost ate all 3000 bullets to get to a full heat.
So you can empty all you magazine without overheating.
Also interesting point that i discover, that you need to wait for barrel to stop spinning so you can shoot usually.
Basically you can shoot as usual and then when you meet really ... I MEAN REALLY tanky enemy you pull up the trigger and go to a full A-10 mode.
P.S. Invinsible gunner build went, but Exterminator gunner build came to keep his legacy
There's really nothing like hitting the "DIE NOW!" button haha, this glitch is way too fun

The only problem with this, is that if the autoclicker has too fast of a CPS, it bugs out the gun and you can no longer just hold the button down to shoot it XD
I did notice that, all you have to do is wait for the gun to cool down, that fixes it

I wish there was an overclock that turned the minigun into a C-RAM with this firerate and no spread. Maybe vastly increased overheat to compensate.

Just me or you significantly raise the time before you overheat? But I doubt there's a bug in Hoxxes you'd need that much bullets for lol

thats because its done through a macry that clicks VERY quicly instead of a continuous button press, meaning there is moments where the gun simply isnt shooting and accumulating heat between bullets

I have a g502 logitech mouse, does any1 know which delay ( in milliseconds) i need to put in the macro to get 46cps?
may i ask how ? i tried it with a 22 ms between clics and it's slower than with normal use :o
i would recommend 0 ms between clicks

Now wouldn't this of been great if the minigun didn't take 2 ammo per shot? so you would still have plenty of ammo after that.
I wanted to try this, but when I use my 46 cps macro, it locks up the gun and it doesn't fire and the barrels don't spin. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong? (I'm using the same 22113 Lead Storm build as per the video description)
Im not sure what the problem could be, maybe try spinning the gun up normally then using the macro

What click delay do you use? 46 clicks per second must mean 20ms? Because I can't seem to get it to fire as fast, even with 1ms delays.
Razer Synapse, I just set a 0ms delay an it just happened to be 46 cps

not really tbh, its how most minigun style weapons/weapons with overheat mechs work in the overwhelming vast majority of games that have them
@@N00bie666 you'd think that for frames where click is held it just spins the gun up and fires when available and for frames where its released it stops firing and spins down
@@timothygooding9544 that... that IS how it works, and thats exactly why you can do this with an auto clicker
@@N00bie666 that wouldnt make you fire faster tho. I guess instead of only firing when the ability isnt on cooldown (fraction of a second but still a cooldown) it fires whenever a new click is done AND its still at full spin. Doesnt make a lot of sense to add that but that could be the source of the exploit.
If it was entirely determined by the cooldown and just used the boolean of whether the mouse is clicked AND cooldown is finished this problem wouldnt exist
@@timothygooding9544 youre clearly not understanding . you can build the MG to have zero ramp up time. meaning if you click the button it will fire immediately. heat rises based on cumulative time HELD. not per shot. auto clicker clicks significantly faster tham any human can. thus you get super fast shots and lower than normal heat generation, though not much lower time wise. its just a lower heat generation in relation to shots fired.
This is a very very very common bug in FPS/TPS games that have heat generating weapons.
Huh, just had a brain fart that, yes, FPS probably also accounts for the minigun macro. What's the typical FPS of your DRG?
Around 100-120 and yes i can confirm low fps results is even lower dps than normally firing

I don't have a clue about what is this GAU-8. It looks like a skin but also looks like a fancy overclock. I don't understand.
Nothing to do with a skin or overclock, im just using a macro to fire the minigun a lot faster than normal

it would take a complete rework of the coding behind the overheating system to patch out. really not worth the devs time
@@N00bie666 oh yeah not sure it would be easy, and its not like its a competitive game anyway... but still you cant tell me this is good for balance if the gun can be exploited like that by anyone willing to do a click macro :p
