What a fantastic wealth of wonderful and talented people, all who will be sadly missed. What a fantastic tribute to Actors and Actresses who have done us proud. Thank you and bless you all.
Every face brought a sigh. Each one was a gifted actor and brought their character to life. What a delightful show. Some surprised me to see their photos from years past. I thought oh yes, I remember them.
I love Midsomer Murders. Have been watching since it first came on Public Television in Detroit Michigan over 20 years ago. For the past couple years I watch it every day - old episodes, the newer episodes. It’s such a high quality show. Your tribute is wonderful. Thank you. ❤
I love how Midsomer has so many older characters. No focusing on the young and beautiful. It is no wonder so many of them have passed. This was a very interesting, well composed video, with delightful music. Thank you!
This video is so very sad. I have watched Midsummer for a few years now, not at all minding watching them over and over again. This show is so laid back and comfortable. The characters you get to know and love and I can't help but feel sadness when they pass away!
I miss John Nettles and Jason Hughes “ I know there not dead” they were the best duo and all these wonderful actors who have passed played a huge part in making the show so successful
We are still watching this fantastic duo here in Italy from. Monday till Friday, great actors. I appreciate the wohle series as well, both with John Nettles and Neil Dudgeon. All actors are excellent and all episodes are exciting.
John Nettle's profile in the Telegraph last Saturday week. Bit rough at the edges, but still above ground. What a fabulous homage to the villages of England. Not to mention the actors who made the series such a classic. Heart felt thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪
@Andrea-ol3uo: Not all of these cast members died because they were old, Tom Beard was 50 when he died and had Cancer, Haydn Gwynne was 66 and died of a brain tumour, Chance died in a Motorbike accident at the tender age of 27.

Margaret Tyzack (*1931- +2011). A wonderfully versatile actress, in Midsomer, portrayed Harriet Compton, co-owner of a model village, in the 2009 episode 'Small Mercies' and earlier, Naomi Inkpen in 'Garden of Death' (2000).
