I eliminated all animal products from my diet, I also eliminated all added oil, salt and sugar. Before I eliminated all that had the worst gas, bloating and digestion, today I eat tons of legumes, whole grain pasta, cruciferous veggies, quinoa, lentils, I rarely eat rice but when I due its always brown rice. I have zero gas and bloating problems, two years in and my life has changed for the better. Not saying it will work for everyone, its what worked for me.

Fastest way to get rid of gas and bloating? Get rid of wheat and sugar - including natural sugars from fruit - and starches. To your body, sugar is sugar whether it comes from candy or fruit. And starches and grains are converted by your body into sugars. I’m assuming if you’re lactose intolerant, you know that and already avoid high lactose dairy.

Hi Bobby! Thanks for the video. I’ll definitely keep those in mind when my stomach doesn’t feel right.
You can also chew on coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and even fennel seeds to relieve gas.
I’m times you’re going to eat inflammatory foods when you’re out to eat or at a friends house so I thought I’d put that out there. I think ginger and other spices also relieve gas and it’s good to keep the pantry well stacked instead of relying on medicines like Gas-X Alka-Seltzer, or Tums.

When I was growing up my mom would start her dried pintos to boil. Then she would put a teaspoon of baking soda in. It would foam up. The other thing that causes gas and bloating is improperly combining your food. When you combine food from different food groups such as a hamburger the enzymes the body produces to break down the food will conflict with each other and the result is gas and bloating. Google food combinations to get an idea of what food goes together and digestion times.

Love monkfruit, with Stevie. Alcohol sugars cause major diarrhea.

Can't bananas cause flatulence, beans deffo does, squash, and eating Idaho potatoes every night does. Erythritol causes it? Erythritol smells like powdered sugar and tastes sweeter.

I started using Stevia & it caused my stomach to burn extremely bad. Did anyone else experience this? Hurt so bad I began shaking, sweating, rapid heartbeat & nauseous. Worse experience ever. 😰

Yes, I can’t eat stevia. It gave me upset stomach and diarrhea.

Not super bad symptoms like what you described, but I noticed it would give me sharp headaches. So I've just cut out all sweetners and I'm working on giving up coffee because of it.

Um... my gallbladder was removed after pregnancy, and by default I get a lot of gas, bloating, belching, and I have NO PROBLEM with drinking Kombucha. It actually HELPS ME to feel better.

I love following you and your family you have a beautiful family! Plus all this wonderful information education to make us be healthier!! I have a question just finding primal kitchen products in glass bottles which is obviously healthier but is there a way to put a nozzle on it so it doesn’t like dump out so much something to help with kids when they’re using the bottles?
