- Easy to fallow step by step process on how to build a realistic start / finish race marshal tower complete with a full set of flags to add that little extra wow factor to your addition for your slot car layout scenery.
Back in the day we old timers used Elmers glue - took longer to setup, but no internet
so we had time to wait. Was even more fun to watch paint dry! LOL Once again nice job Boone!
Hahaha...... thank you Brad
Fantastic. Will definitely have a go at one of these. 😎👍🏁
Good deal
Fantastic attention to detail, much more satisfying to build your own, than buy a pre built expensive model.
Great work. 👍😎
I'm still planning my scalextric layout, managed to convince my wife to have use of a small bedroom we don't use, to be my 'race room'😁 should be able to build an 8ft x 4ft base in there!
First step is clearing out the clutter that has found it's way in there, as it became a storage room!! 😯
I'll make underneath the board for storage.😎👍
Thank you , and I agree that it’s much more satisfying to build your own. Love to see pictures of your progress on your layout and your race room . Very cool
So sweetly the dog gnaws at his bone in the background
😆
Really nice work. You should really consider selling these for those of us with less patients and skill….I’d buy it😀
I’m really starting to think about this… what kind of price would you be willing to pay for something like this. Just curious
Thank you, My Grandsons want grandpa to build a track and I was lost. Thank you
Your welcome , and thank you for watching my videos
Wow! Came out perfect B 👍🏼! Keep making those amazing videos 👍🏼!
Thank you
Photo finish? Might need some scoring cameras in the future! As per usual, great job. I had a heck of a time making stairs/ladders, thanks for those tips! Might have to re-do mine!
Thank you Drew , glad I was able to help
Excellent work my friend.
Great, looks amazing
Good job man!!!
Thank you Aamir

Thank you
What tool was used to cut the 1/4 Balsa?
I used a Stanley Razor Knife
As always wow booneman
😂 thanks buddy
outstanding
Thanks Tom
Where did you get your flag man?
I purchased them off EBay , they are vintage monogram figures. But I have found some very similar on Cults 3D for 3D printer if you have one.
@@BoonesSlotCarGarage I do, I'll look. Thanks
@@SlotCarDojo you can also check out Thingiverse as well. It’s been awhile since I have sorted through these two sights but they are constantly being updated with new designs. I have also found that if I search for a specific type it will bring up more choices than to search for just figures. Otherwise you will end up with everything under the sun as far as different types
What size are the cars that you run ?
I run 1/32 scale
Where can I get the 3d print file?
This doesn’t have a 3D print file… ???
@@BoonesSlotCarGarage right but the other one you mention in the beginning. You said it was a free 3d print file. The one with STP on it
@@cdrseabee ohhh … sorry about that 😂… that file should be available through Thingiverse… I have also seen it in 3D Cults
@@BoonesSlotCarGarage thanks 👍
CAN SOMEONE SEND ME THE LINK WHEN HE ACTUALLY HAS XARS RUNNING.
Hi Koi…. A major thing that I do is scenery, so being as such . When I’m filming the end I do a stationary video shot of the project I just completed. I plan on doing a update video of the layout, and then you will see some cars running on the track.. but until then these are the types of videos that I do.
Thanks Boone
