I think that Messiah is really potent even in spite of Ghandeva (without Ghand as its balancer I think it would easily be shredding). Biggest takeaways I have from using the deck is that early advantage is so unimportant because you'll always be drawing 3-4 on first alter ego. I also think excelics is a unique answer to ghand in that it makes mono-grade boards viable since you can restand things that dont lock.
Overall extremely solid and extremely glad i have it (plus getting 4 mikanis for 14 before the absurd price jack didnt hurt, now i just need to find sulfrey or w/e though i havent found a need for her yet)
Super keen for Shiranui and will absolutely be buying that one, i hope we dont need forktail and ideally also not esperaridea.

Great video, love that you went over how to properly setup the field and combos even matchup specifics, looks like a interesting playstyle even with the D era nerf

For gandeva as youth would u not call waywards to avoid calling multiple grades and stick to grade two rears and a. Sequana that disappears

    Informative video as always, Derick!
Quick question, on DBT-11 which releases in the west on September, it has a great Messiah support card (Fulfiller of Spherical Harmony), which cards would you take out from this list to fit this card in? (or do you think it should be played at all?)
Another personal observation: so far all the stride decks so far need souls desperately in order to reach its maximum potential, and future Luard deck-sets, with Dragdriver, sword-breaker (possible) and painkiller angel, the soul will be a real pain to fulfill. Is that a deliberate design choice?
    Thanks!

I think we will have to wait and see. A sample size of two stride deck sets is not enough to justify design choice. We can probably make an observation once Shiranui and Luard comes out. I am unsure of what card to take out upon D-BT11 release - would need to test.

    Any budget alternative for mikanis?

If you can't afford Mikani, what would you replace it with?

U can run 2 prison order. It is budget enough

What do you think about Fulfiller of Spherical Harmony? Do you think it's better than mikani, especially in the meta (D-BT11 meta)?

I haven't tested it yet so I am not sure on how impactful the card is in Messiah.

With the release of the festival collection would you be playing the new transphere reglis piece in messiah with more mikani to fuel its sb cost? :0

Oso with wilista would you continue playing the g2 that can retire front row? :0

Hi, how come you run 3 draw triggers instead of front triggers? Please advise.

The draw is more impactful than getting 10k during battle phase. Especially when you're locking and unlocking units to get your multi-attacks.
Also, it's the effect draws so you don't loose too much shield value in the seck
