SSBM Break The Targets [TAS]: Ice Climbers [7.97] [World Record!]

Multiple new strats including a start that saves 0.5 seconds (huge, when the previous record was 8.72)
There's an optimization that breaks targets 2-4 one frame faster, but it doesn't matter yet because you still have to wait until the cloud gets in position before you can hit target 5.

I answered this a while back but my answer was ambiguous. Let me rephrase. You can edge cancel the animation of hitting the projectile at any time, and if you haven't hit the projectile yet it will disappear. The projectile itself, after being hit, cannot be edge canceled and will slide off an edge once it reaches it.
