It is true stray dogs population increasing, then even our Goa population is too increasing by migrants coming from North South East West coming to Goa, they too sud be controlled.
No sterilization or Rabbi vaccines have been given to the dogs for almost a year the Ngos and Rescue centres are refusing to keep dogs . Canacona Rescue centre is refusing to keep even puppies n stray dogs. Inquiry should be made.
