75 years early clarification - Normal end game is set to 400, this run is set to 325. The end game crisis can start any time after 50 years have passed after the end game year has been reached, so It is normally a bit after 50.

I imagine your empire would collapse after the forced labour purge ends, becoming a Fallen Empire and leaving space for new sapient species to evolve and new space-faring civilizations to rise.
Well, he's something like 24k in the negative in both fod and minerals, so you're probably right. His empire will tear itself apart once the source of free food and minerals starts to run dry and the leeches start to enslave one another to maintain the status quo. Then the remnants lose their will to fight (i.e. the militarist ideology), and become the militant isolationists for the next playthrough

Also if you set an empire to can spawn they have a chance of spawning as a FE
So basically he becomes the Reapers from Mass Effect, leaving primitives to evolve on small worlds while his empire goes back to sleep or collapses from within.
If only you could send fleets into the Unbidden territory. We know there's at least 3 empires in there, and probably more. There's an entire multiverse out there to be conquered...

When you try to invade a dimension with much weaker and less advanced primitives than you only to realize that they have an armada capable of blotting out entire systems from ever being seen again.
25 used to be the hard cap on planet size due to the tile system. Now they just don't spawn larger than 25, but they can be made through events.

Well i am impressed... I would have lost my mind micro-managing an empire of half that size for half as long. I generally turtle into high-end tech and try to claim choke points. I'd be curious about your next play through and how you balance the wide/tall aspect if you do go materialist. Hope you get feeling better!
I just colossus worlds, it's too much work. Then I do ring worlds which are easy.
@@itstriplem2069 I tend to look for tips and tricks since i would like to gradually move to higher difficulties. I am guessing the habitat spam generates a sadistic amount of population boom. Probably not something you need unless you are squaring off against the boosted Crisis.
I'm just consuming your content (from stellaris) or rather devour it, also your older "outdated" stuff, i really love how you cut it down and i really appreciate all the content

For future note: PUT ALL YOUR PURGING POPS ON THE GAS WORLD
this makes a CRAP LOAD Of gas jobs and will push your gas production through the roof.

You have to be the best player at this game at this point. The only way to possibly make this harder is to make an intentionally terrible empire and force every empire to be a determined exterminator with advanced starts
With a bit of luck they just start exterminating each other ;)

I did the same thing of moving all pops to a single planet with a determined exterminator empire
I had 1500 pops, making 9000 energy a month

A little tip for having undesirables in one planet: when you activate deal with crime lords, you can have as much crime in the world without worrying about a criminal underworld or an uprising as long as you keep amenities up and your normal pops happy. Cheers! ;)
Certainly a good tip! I do however already have It active, at 45:33 the yellow crime symbol I have Is the deal with the crime lords. :)

I gotta say I dont watch to many playthroughs that last longer than 30 min periods, but I seriously binged both of these x25 Crisis videos. I get so much joy out of you creating a race for fun with an engaging backstory. I tend to always lean towards a min/max playstyle and overlook things like this, so this is extremely refreshing. No there all that's Left,
at the rate he's purging it'll be well past 3500 when he runs out.the loss of the production from the purged will be gradual enough that his repeatables for food and minerals can keep up easily, especially if he starts spamming trade habitats. although i sincerely doubt anyone has ever played stellaris past 3000, even lathrix isn't that insane... i hope (unmodded at least, with the right mods it is quasi viable(gigastructures))

Watching Latherix own the entire galaxy in 175 years then snowball in tech and fleet power is terrifying. Also seeing 3.5k undesirables in the homeworld being slowly purged definitely adds to the nightmare fuel.

This run was insane, every twenty minutes or so I felt like another quadrant fell to your machinations (if blind galactic murder counts as a machination!).
