Hello, one thing that I noticed you did not mention what was that Charlie Heaton was tagged in the marble count. One jar was empty and the other had the marbles. I took it as though that Johnathan Byers last day of filming or he is involved in someone’s last day.

If stranger things, of all shows, results to TIME TRAVEL, I will actually be so disappointed. The plot and this world has spent so much time being developed, and time travel just feels like a really cheap plot for a final season.
i don’t think they’ll go for the time travel route honestly maybe just a little things here and there in the upside down to explain why it’s stuck in 1983? but i do think there will be atleast a 2 year time jump somewhere in the season
The time travel choice is so lazy. When Avengers did that, it literally felt like FANS wrote the movie. Like something a kid would write as a plot solution, soo lazyyy and not grounded lol. I’d rather the final season be ruthless, dark and have devastating losses-as opposed to “going back in time” to prevent it lol
I also agree with you time travel we'll just ruin it. If they do it, we'll just ruin it. The back story everything in my opinion
@@fxtmata I’m totally fine with a time jump (we get one every season, so I was expecting one tbh) but i’m just hoping there’s no “Wow we’re doomed” and then a “Wait let’s just time travel back to the first episode and fix everything” like the show never even happened. I mean i trust the duffers enough to be confident ENOUGH that they won’t do that, but yk there’s always a little voice in the back of my mind that’s just life …. but what if they do😭
@@ThailandTravelStudythat is literally a perfect example. every death we experienced in infinity war felt so cheap after watching that movie, granted they ended up killing off iconic characters anyway, but still. Infinity war was literally pointless because we watched an entire almost 3 hour movie just for them to make ANOTHER 3 hour movie explaining why the one we watched 2 years prior was complete bs. Anyways, i rly hope st doesn’t go down that route 😭 because i will genuinely be so disappointed.
Another thing is in season 4 you see Henry, as a young child, standing in front of that clock and using his mind powers, turns the clock hands backwards.

Despite a lot of people saying Stranger Things 4 didn't kill any major characters, it's the first season where they killed a character who was introduced more than 1 season prior to the season they die in; that being Martin Brenner. He's also the second character to die in a season after their introduction; first being Billy.
Also, the Duffer Brothers weren't kidding that season 4 would be a bloodbath, it's the first season where the on-screen death count went into triple digits (not counting the deaths of non-human characters, or else S3 beats it with rat deaths alone)
I really want season 5 to be Very post-apocalyptic like the Quiet Place movies.

I'm always reminded of the epic rap battle between Tolkien and Martin when this subject comnes up. Yes, it's realistic for main characters to die but this is escapist fantasy.
Remember, little henry set everything up as a kid, rolling the clocks backward, and already "time traveling" in a way. eleven will have to then steal his power from him like he did to her in S3 to defeat him i think.

I'm scared Jonathan's gonna die in season 5.
Cause a lot of you (I'm not putting myself in cause I love Jonathan and disagree) and generally a lot of fans say Jonathan's irrelevant and uninteresting and useless, he doesn't do anything, blah blah.
So I'm scared that's why the Duffer Brothers would kill off Jonathan.
Edit: Joyce was always so worried about Will (even when he wasn't controlled by the Mind Flayer) that she wouldn't expect her other son to die.
And I also think it'd give Joyce and especially Will the *want* and *need* to fight and kill Vecna
If I'm right and they kill off Jonathan, I'm gonna cry as much as I did when Max died and never forgive them
@@whoeveriwant9266 fr and it almost seems right for the duffers to remind us where Jonathan came after his character going downhill in S4 and kill him off in sacrifice fashion. I’m also positive Dustin’s gonna die too because his death is the only way to prove Eddie’s innocence as the town clearly still didn’t believe them with the graffiti on Eddie’s grace despite the world almost ending😢
I have this feeling too that they will kill off Jonathan, and that Jonathan's death would have a huge impact on Will.
That isn’t Steve’s foot that Dustin’s foot. Steve doesn’t wear those kicks he wears Nike with red tick.

Also, the Duffer Brothers had chances to kill Eleven, Will, Hopper, Steve, Nancy and Max but they never took them so they definitely won't be taking them in season 5

Nah I think steves good. Eddies death was most likely for steve but they didn't go through with it thats a theme with the duffer brothers. Dustin would never be able to live with steve and Eddie dying.
The radio station may be used to communicate with suzie or even give 11 a large boost like the radio in the AV club room did in S1. Maybe they need it to reach Max.

He's got that one line from s3, "if you die, I die," I do feel like out of all the characters, the ones who deserve to live and have a happy ending, are 11 and Will
There actually going the other way around and saying Steve sacrificing himself but I think Dustin might actually be the one that Sacrifices Himself to keep Steve alive because he doesn’t want to lose Steve as well which I 100% think might happen in the show I know that’s messed up to say but it’s the final season anyone can kick it.

@@yj9668exactly Steve dying to save Dustin or Nancy is way too predictable. I’m thinking Dustin will sacrifice himself for Mike and it will be like a whole reversed season 1 cliff scene. It matches up with the Duffers calling season 5 “season 1 on steroids” and we also see the older teens at the radio station in a bts pic. Perhaps Steve was trying to message Dustin after realizing he was in danger but was too late and Dustin gets rushed to the hospital which is who the hospital set is for not Max!

The duffers said the kids and adults will be separated back into their original groups this season so I think Dustin will sacrifice himself for Mike rather than Steve. I think Dustin would sacrifice himself for any of his friends, especially Steve, with what happened to Eddie. I think Dustin is going to be going through some dark stuff in season 5 after season 4 with Eddie. He may even be a little darker since seeing Eddie literally die while he was holding him. Side note as much as i love suzie.. i really think they were starting to build something with Erica and Dustin starting in S3 😊😊
Yes, Dustin and Steve are my favorite partnerships on the show, but I loved Eddie coming in.

I think your idea with the time travel is good and I think that maybe they’re going to go back in time because they already have when they jump into the upside down as Nancy said it’s stuck in the past
On that note, i feel like they could've kept Lyanna Mormont in Game of Thrones after the battle of Winterfell and that sort of what-if Is something i would like to see explored but the question is who would've died in her place if that did happen.

I really like your theory about the kids finding a loop hole in the upside down and being able to travel back and forth through time. This would make sense considering the upside down is stuck in time, possibly due to Will?🤔

What if they use eleven's power and maximise it through the radio tower as they did in season 1 - 4 through pocket radios and electric appliances and use that energy to travel back in time.
also with clocks in season 1 when will fell off his bike there was a clock chime so the duffer brothers have been teasing that stuff for a LONG TIME.

If you ask me, yes I personally believe that the WSQK radio station IS a fully built from the ground up main set piece and it makes me think that it will play a HUGE role in season 5.

Ok…. What IF something happens to holly (mike and Nancy’s sister), because I feel like in s3 and s4 likethey show little scenes of holly .. like when she sees the trees moving in s3 or when it’s „snowing“ in s4 . It’s just a theory I came up with
I think they will "time travel" inside the upside down. They already basically do bc everytime they enter the upside down, it's in the past. So time is broken there and It's gonna be one major thing that still needs to be explored. I doubt there's time travel in the real world and it's better that way

That means Dustin probably won't be killed because he would know already.
The actors can’t just spoil the show. Joe claimed he didn’t know anything either even though he read the scripts. Most of Gaten’s characters have actually died in his previous projects from past interview knowledge so I wouldn’t be surprised since Gaten is eager to kill Dustin too
I definitely agree! Killing off characters only for a shock value would be ridiculous. I’d be ok with them killing off 3 major characters or so but not an entire grouping. Sacrifices need to feel earned and if they were to kill off a large quantity of characters that’d cheapen other more impactful deaths.
maybe they time travel back in time to the pumpkin patch, and/or the bus at the junk yard. and maybe steve and jonathan hack the radio station to make their own broadcast.

Hard to give any theory of any of those main characters dying cause you always feel what a shame it is to choose that one. We need Vecna to be killed thats for sure and maybe the upside down should stop existing somehow, I'd like to know how it was created
Honestly I would like to see the Mindflare come back because he was never truly killed just locked in the upside down
Max is like technically dead because even if eleven bought her back we know she is in coma and though Sadie sink was there at the start of filming she is not there now so what i thibk is max's death will be kind of like black widow's death in Avengers endgame which bought all the heroes together to give it their all
Similarly they will mourn max death for sure but this will not only make the stakes hugher but they will give their all to defeat vecna
Also when i say max will die doesn't mean she will die immediately because there was filming in hawkins hospital even after her death when they maybe time travel all characters will get to reunute with max one last time and will get to say their goodbyes she can still play a major role
Also given their track records of fan favourite dying Steve Harrington is at the top with Murray ,dustin and Robin after him in potential deaths
I always say that season 5 need to make you want to rewatch it again but make you don't want to watch because of the deaths you know what i mean
What if they create a gate but it’s a “time travel gate”?
Duffer brothers said Max's coma will play a major part in how the story ends.
So on rewatch of season four I noticed that after max is killed Steve, Robin, Nancy and possibly Dustin would have all been still in the upside down. Because the portals that they used to get there would have changed into the other portals. Let's say the portals there didn't change because it's still the past there. Fine OK once they portal into those portals, they will be portalling into whatever the other portals are now and it seemed to have killed people or teleportant them to another dimension. Well, how are they back in the normal world at the end of the season 4 doesn't make sense. They should be either trapped there or not. You could say oh well. They got to the other side before max died. The the bell chimes when they're in the house. So they know she's dead. The plan has failed and they have to get out.
The same way how twd killed Carl when he could’ve been used and was needed but when someone like Hershel dies he’s done what he’s needed to do

Steve’s not the only character in the show that’s in the most danger characters like Mike and Dustin and all are also in danger especially Mike when Nancy saw her family’s corpse 🧟 🧟♀️ 🧟♂️ this could totally be a thing that happens in Season 5 and plus Vecna already spoiled Season 5 Deaths.
Thoughts on people wanting to boycott the upcoming season due to the point of view of members of the cast on a certain conflict?
First it's outrageously ridiculous. Second it's causing serious online problems that needs to stop. If some people always hated a character ( and in this case either the first season, maybe the second ) they should never take it out on the actor. Why should anyone's sexuality be a problem for anybody else? All the literal nitpickings I've been reading is really bizarre. And as far as the conflict goes, it seems apparently it's just to create extreme unnecessary drama that's not needed at all. The entire situation has been completely misinterpreted to put it mildly and blown out of proportion just to create hatred. And the situation needs to be open minded or just let go. Sorry this wasn't directed towards you at all but just to explain in general that this whole situation is weird and very scary.

@@askyeyv7039 I agree. Regarding all the backlash , it's not even true at all. It's horrible accusations being put in peoples mouths when they never even said those things. Some of it I will say a lot of people are just completely totally misunderstanding the whole situation but for a lot of other people, it is deliberate and only to create unnecessary drama just to be hateful. And there's no reason for it.

Yeah I want the season 5 deaths to make sense and feel thoughtful. Not just "oh many people are attracted to Steve and Hopper so they are going. That will hurt the audience." I feel like the stakes are high right now considering the state of Hawkins on the ground and above them. The clouds the upside down, the floating particles in the air, red lightning now in their sky, and the once colorful spring flowers turning a sad gray. It's very possible that the damage to their environment will cause citizens to get sick. I don't need 5 main character deaths in the end of the show to feel satisfied. I watch ST for the characters and the bonds they've made. Things like Eddie inviting Erica to join the game and then Dustin helping Eddie in his time of need. Working together and fighting monsters together.

I agree that Jonathan is probably going to die. I don't know if I ever left this theory on any of your videos before, but I think Jonathan's death is going to happen so these following things can happen in season 5...
- It will be a way for Vecna to torture Will. Jonathan said to Will in season 2 that he's his best friend. Jonathan is the first person to accept Will's sexuality and said he will be there whenever he needs someone to talk to. Jonathan being killed off will be a way for Vecna to torture Will.
- Joyce spent the first two seasons trying to protect Will from the dangers of the Upside Down. Now she will actually end up losing one of her sons because of the Upside Down.
- It's pretty clear that Joyce and Hopper will be getting married. With that, Hopper will be doing the best he can to be a good father figure for Will and Jonathan. Therefore, he will feel like a failure protecting Jonathan.
- I doubt this will happen, but maybe Lonnie will return. He came to Hawkins in season 1 after finding out about Will's disappearance and thinking he was dead. But of course, it was just because he wanted money. But originally, Lonnie was supposed to have a redemption arc. Instead of Steve helping Nancy and Jonathan fight the Demogorgon at the end of season 1, it was supposed to be Lonnie because the Duffer Brothers originally intended for Steve to die in that season. We never did see Lonnie finding out that Joyce was right about Will being alive. So imagine him finding out that Jonathan is dead and that what's going on is related to Will's disappearance. None of us like Lonnie, but this can be a way to bring back that scrapped idea from season 1. The Duffers did say they're bringing back scrapped ideas from season 2 as well.
- Nancy will find out how Jonathan plans on going to the same college as Argyle instead of the same one as her. With that, the two of them will get into a huge argument about it. But after Jonathan dies, Nancy will get upset and think about how their argument was stupid and should have accepted things the way they were. With this, Nancy will end up with Steve in the end. And with that, Steve will achieve his fantasy in which he and Nancy will have about six kids and drive across country in an RV to places like Yellowstone which we may see in an epilogue of the final episode. Therefore, they might name their oldest son after Jonathan.

@@whoeveriwant9266 Exactly. I necessarily don't have a preference for which Nancy ends up with. But there's another reason why I think Nancy will end up with Steve. Because Nancy ending up with Jonathan will 'cause one teeny tiny problem. You see, with Joyce marrying Hopper, Joyce will officially become El's stop mother since Owens made El the legal daughter of Hopper. That will make El the sister of Will and Jonathan. With that being said, if Jonathan married Nancy, that would make the Byers family with the Wheelers. Therefore, El and Mike would become siblings. So it would be awkward for step siblings to be in love. This was literally the main reason that came into my mind in why I think the writers will make Nancy end up with Steve. But all the other stuff I said in which Jonathan's death would have an impact is more to why I think his death is more possible. Dustin is grieving enough over Eddie's death, so killing off Steve would make things worse for his character arc to focus on since Dustin already said to Steve early on "If you die, I die." Of course, it would also impact Robin since he had feelings for her. I can see though that when he and Nancy have kids, they'll make Robin the godmother.

Joyce loves both her sons but its clear she's all in to keep will safe because the upside down didn't want jonathan.. the character jonathan is I can see him sacrificing himself to vecna quietly like one min he's there the next he's just gone, quietly.. we're all assuming steve but I really do think he's gonna make it. He's baited and too obvious
Yes and I’m almost positive Dustin dies too and becomes a hero like Eddie so Steve gets the shared trauma bond like Nancy had with Jonathan when Will went missing and “died” to show us how their relationship was just the right place at the wrong time or whatever
@@strxngermall2628 I don't think Dustin will die. He and Suzie deserve to be together. I mean, he may be targeted by Vecna with torturing him about Eddie, but I'm sure Dustin will survive. Perhaps Suzie might decide to do a surprise visit for Dustin which will leave him worried for her and do whatever he can to protect her. Imagine if she sings Never Ending Story to free him from Vecna's curse.

Normally, once a character starts planning for a brighter future, he's probably gonna die. It's like an omen or something. And we all know Steve fantasized about having a big family in season4, but maybe the Duffer Brothers will get cold feet yeah.
I think the duffers will just trick us and kill someone unexpected so the death is more impactful. I’m thinking that Steve’s future is actually foreshadowing Dustin’s death and him finding comfort by having those kids just like in Harry Potter!
Personally I left guardians 3 irritated. they teased every members death then they were fine in the next scene. Rocket gets a pass, but drax, nebula, and quill. Especially quill at that point I was like oh come on. Good movie but no stakes

For me personally, the person that dies has to be ultra significant or a linchpin, and has to die in sincere sacrifice, in order to truly wrap things up. For me, it has to be either Eleven, Will, or mayyybe Hopper or Will's mom. Other than that, it just won't truly feel wrapped up to me
As much as I agree that characters should die for the sake of severity, I just don't think it's necessary because of how much bloodshed has gone on around them throughout the show, regardless of the main/side/background character status. On a personal level, if they were to kill off Steve, that irks me because I dislike when showrunners kill off fan favorites, especially if said character was given a really good redemption arc. But as a whole, these characters (and actors) have gone through their entire childhood-teenage years fighting the Upside Down and the number of losses they have dealt with..to me personally if one of them was to die just for the sake of real threats (like the previous seasons were what a walk in the park?) doesn't sit well. I just want them to be happy.

I was hoping that Steve died in s4(for the storyline itself ,like you mention not cause i dislike him lol) but still who knows if In s5 he actually dies by trying to chose between Nancy and Robin? Cause that's what almost happen in s4.

Filmstocked iv been watching you for awhile i love your videos on stranger things and i was actually in attendance at that panel now yes while i do agree with Gaten about stakes should be higher i think its also important to note that he and Finn were just joking and having a good laugh the reason this blew up was because CBR was there and they didnt put his full qoute like what these sites always do is that they take a qoute and miscontrue it to act like they were being serious when in reality they were laughing about it these sites did the same thing with millie and tried to paint her in a bad light when in reality she was joking and it was nothing serious i think Ign and CBR need to stop making news articles and stick to videos and top 10 lists because it may stop them from creating false narratives about celibrities and making the public think there being serious when in reality there not and it was a fun playful joke
I always thought it was Steve because he’s the only one of the main teens that they never introduced the parents. So the audience would be spared that onscreen grief. Its a natural.
That’s exactly why someone unexpected will die not Steve. I’m almost positive Dustin will die instead and we’ll get a scene of Steve and Dustin’s mom since she would be the only parent without a kid and him being the only young adult with no parents. They would be able to relate and we will finally find out what happened to Steve’s parents!

The people I think are going to die is Jonathan Will and Murray because let me tell you Will has been through so much and it would be kind of like perfectly fine because he's been through so much. He's literally connected with the upside down and Jonathan. He's not really a big big big character. Not really my favorite. So I can get if he dies Murray he's not a big character but he's also a big character. He hasn't been in the face of danger too many times so it would be kind of okay if he is the one that died (please don't hate)

We know the duffers usually kill of 1 season characters like eddie , bob ect i think the death was meant for steve but they just didn't have the guts. Meaning eddies death traumatised dustin i dont think dustin would be able to live if he lost steve as well.. thats why i think his fate is sealed .. to live.
Also i dont think the shoe is steves the bloody shoe is not nike. Thats not to say he cant wear other shoes. But to me it could be mike or dustin beating up because of hellfire and will wears very similar ones in 4.. could also be a reference that if he came out people may assume or know and therefore hurt him.
