  • The Avonisys Air-Jet system provides efficient protection of the waterjet laser against disturbances such as water back reflection and droplet adhesion.
Paradox as it sounds, the waterjet laser process works best when the work piece is kept as dry as possible. Air-Jet solves this problem as well.

What kind of wattage the laser outputs along the inside axis of the water path?

we couple for example around 80-100W average power into a 50um nozzle for typical ceramic machining jobs. Please refer to avonisys.com for more details or reach out to us by email

Это твердотельный лазер. Если не ошибаюсь максимальная внутреннаяя рефракция в воде - 532 и 1064nm. Соответственно любой пульсирующий промышленный лазер покажет долгожитие

Suffice it to say, unless you're a millionaire you won't be getting this for "fun". Expect well over $150k.

Just search, don’t know where those treaters are coming from. Try Amazon, try eBay. This waterjet laser company seems didn’t produced their product yet, on their website there’s no price mark anywhere. To me, if I got time chance, I would like to try diy something of this kind of module part, don’t know choice for anybody else. It’s not a really crazy price on those shopping websites, probably hundreds would be enough for some laser and waterjets.

@Luca Burkhardt why does a laser need water to be useful? It only needs to be focused properly so I see a waste of time and money
