- As part of her Monster Ball world tour, Lady Gaga with Nick Knight and Ruth Hogben created a number of films to use as part of her on-stage performance and as interludes in the epic show. Building film into the architectonic feeling of the Monster Ball tour, these four films explore notions of fame, iconicism and life in an evolving metropolis.

It's an Interlude. It was supposed to be used as a backdrop for when Gaga performed Poker Face at the Monsterball. That's why it's only the instrumental. She was supposed to sing the vocals live as the video played in the background. However, she didn't want to use it, so it got scrapped.
SHOWStudio have to do the Born This Way Tour Interludes. They're so amazing! Thumbs up so they can hopefully see!

i think this was meant to be for the monster ball 2.0. however a similar one was used on the monster ball 1.0 with thr same clips of her face but with a black and red background

really? cause the i haved searched and the only one i found is the black and red backdrop in all the 1.0 shows.. but thats lit if they used this one in some shows tho

I have a feeling this was an alternate version of the 1.0 backdrop before they decided to use the red & black one we know of. It makes the most sense to me.
