ARTPOP was that acid making album so the colors that bring life to the most darkest places are part of the PSYCHEDELIC experience the record is about. If you listened to the album while tripping on LSD/shrooms then the album will totally makes sense because it was intended to dive into a world that was full of art and passion transcended through the music like a hippie Goddess blasting into the future where ART will influence Pop culture...

As a former drug addict I can truly say that the background music of this song is what it is like when you lose your stache. For all the people talking about ARTPOP Volume 2 in the comments, Gaga can't release it under that name because ARTPOP was something she worked on with her old manager that left her. So legally, she can't release anything that has anything to do with ARTPOP that wasn't planned already during the time he was with her. She can release the album with all the songs that are for ARTPOP Volume 2 but it can't be called ARTPOP Volume 2. It can't have anything to do with ARTPOP. So if she does release it, it'll be released under a different title.
