    Angus cowboy bones one pack
    A teaspoon of salt
    A teaspoon of black pepper
    A tablespoon of sesame oil
    A tablespoon of light soy sauce
    A teaspoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    Black pepper sauce ingredients:
    Half an onion
    One shallot
    2 cloves of garlic
    Two tablespoons of light soy sauce
    A teaspoon of sugar
    A tablespoon of sesame oil
    A teaspoon of black pepper
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    40ml water

    1. Clean and cut the cowboy bones, add seasonings and mix well
    2. Add a teaspoon of cornstarch to the cowboy bones, heat up a wok and add oil, fry the cowboy bones on medium heat for two minutes on each side until golden brown
    3. Reverse the other side and fry for two minutes, and then pick up the cowboy ribs first
    4. Saute onion/scallion/garlic, add black pepper sauce and cook
    5. Finally add cowboy bone hanging juice to complete
