Crockpot Chicken Fajita Tacos
1 20oz bag of precooked frozen grilled chicken
2 cups of water
1 small can of tomato sauce (14 oz)
24 oz can of Tostito Salsa
1/2 tablespoon of ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon of granulated onion
1/2 tablespoon of granulated garlic
3 bell peppers sliced. I used a red, an orange and a yellow.
1/4 of an onion sliced
Now add your frozen chicken to your crockpot. The add all of the other ingredients to the crockpot. It doesn’t matter what order it’s in.
Once it’s all in, give it a good stir. Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on High.
Once it’s done, stir it again and add to four tortillas or corn with some grated cheese and sour cream!!
