☕️Chai Question: What kind of jobs are you looking for (in the UK)?☕️ Real Life Student Regrets & Struggles In UK: ruclips.net/video/_fhJC60khYg/видео.html
I have read a lot of articles saying that jobs in the UK for international students are near to impossible because companies should sponsor for our Tier 2 Visa, and most companies prefer natives over international students due to this. How does this work now after Brexit? How will the job opportunities be in the future for international students (India)?
there are so many opportunities in uk for people who work hard and have right right skill set. the only challenge is getting visa, 999 out of 1000 employers don’t want to sponsor people because of approval chain and paper work,
@@chaiandcoaching I am sorry mate, I misread your comment before. I got a better picture about the possibilities for an international student. That was really helpful. Will go through more videos of yours. Keep up the good work 👍
I'm an international PGT student in UK studying Data Science. I have completed Bachelor's in Computer Science in India. The job prospects in UK is still bad for STEM fields. There aren't openings or projects for IT and software engineering related field. Even with PSW, employers are reluctant to hire an international student, because they have to train us for 4-6 months and deploy us for a project for 1.5 years. If the project is slightly over 2 years, they have to sponsor Tier 2 work visa. Which they won't. Sorry to disappoint, but this is the situation, that most people don't talk about.
This gave a good insight about UK, I am looking for advice on job opportunities in the field of engineering (mechatronics/automation/robotics) after my master's..seeking for guidance!
I am in Uk in the same field. And I know it's really difficult to get a job in UK if ur not in IT or Medical field. They really have good opportunities here. Recruiters in UK expects a lot from a University Graduate which is quite difficult to fulfill. Ya people can get a job it's not impossible, but still Covid impact is going on and due to brexit even recruiters don't have any idea what's going to happen. Instead of UK I would suggest try for Canada, Germany, Australia etc. Everything I wrote was my personal experience in UK living here from last 1 year. Everyone has different experiences and perspectives on this.
Seeking advice: i will get my BSc Physics in December 2021 and would love to then move to UK and train to become a teacher. I would be very thankful for any advice on how I could make this happen, or any tips for people who want to move to the UK after studying. Thanks:) Great video!!
