I am being terribly honest with you Saket has been training for 6 years yeah he has a good physique but dude his strength level is equivalent to an intermediate 110 kg smith machine one rep max at 70 kgs body weight is equivalent to like intermediate strength level low intermediate I can say this with full confidence because I bench 125kgs at 77 kgs 2 years into training Saket during his beginning 3 -4 years of training made amazing progress now he seems like he’s just running his wheels in the gym and being a sucker for the “stretch” listen bro there’s something called egolifting and Saket follows the growing emergence and trend of “form based ego lifting” he’s such a perfectionist about form that it will cost him in the long term he’s subpar and other than just basic gym knowledge he has no idea about progression schemes methodologies training styles whatsoever it’s acc sad
There are many ways progressive overload can be reached. How fast or slow someone progresses is purely based on choice and understanding of self. If saket is taking it slow but with perfect exercise form I would encourage it. I am ace certified and training for over 10 years and can tell you that form based training is the best way forward. It keeps connective tissues and joints healthier for longer. I would maybe add some endurance and mobility based training in his schedule as well for 360 fitness rather than just strength. He still has the age advantage.

Always warm up shoulders with lateral raises before chest press movements. Also retract shoulders during the movements. You should be able to do a session of shoulders a day later if done properly.

Yeah, recovery is important but recovering is not whole phase in bodybuilding..you must work hard and be consistent to get that level of aesthetics
