There's something meditative seeing all the cars/paint schemes scroll through with Crush 40's "Fill It Up" playing in the background. It's soothing.

There is no Steve Park's Looney Tunes paint scheme that's weird.
Park never had that paint schemes in any of the Thunder games (including NT2004, where he and Jeff Green swapped rides).

You have to win championships in Season or Career mode to unlock the Busch series drivers
For fantasy drivers, just type their name

Does anyone know how to obtain the second Benny Parsons paint scheme? I have the TNT paint scheme, but I can't find out how to get the NBC Sports car.
The NBC car wasn't included until Thunder 2003.

The NBC car for Benny Parsons was in Thunder 2002, however it was only as a package sponsor in Career mode
