Lisa is hands down one of the three or four greatest singers currently living. NONE of the current singers have even a tenth of her vocal gifts and technical precision. She's a master class without sounding soulless.
The last part is so true. There are a couple singers that have exceptional vocal prowess but they do sound a bit soulless as a result.
