/Story/Moartrez is the goddess and harbinger of life birth and fertility, dam and sire to many she gave fertility to all and birthed and beings herself. A freaked occurrence happened to her something that never should have occurred something she had done countless times before it went wrong, and the first still born entered the world.
Horrified confused and shaken she entered a manic state and in an attempt to bring her son back to life the pleaded with and threatened the harbinger of the inbetween intrepidus. Intrepidus did not want to do such a thing but eventually relented to the grieving mother and her fury and turmoil.
What came back was a perversion of what could have been a creature named after the very thing he became. The stillborn.
The stillborn was tied to his mother his very tedious existence relied completely on her, it was of a parasite latched onto moaratrez, weather it was conscious or not he fed on her very strength to keep him in his horrid limbo. This as expected quickly tore moaratrez apart, but she was deep within postpartum and could not see what was happening.
After this event occurred beings stopped being born fertility dropped to near non existent rates the decade of the barrenness had began and during this mournful and unstable period of time no one was born but many died.
Eventually the other harbingers begged and pleaded with the goddess of life to come out of her depression to bring back life new life. But moaratrez did not listen for a long time she didn’t she was ghosting not there absent all while the little shadow followed and fed on her.
Eventually it was to much and moaratrez slowly started to realise what was happen to her and it broke her to know that her son she tried to save she instead trapped in a soulless limbo of life and death. And was ripping her apart, she knew in her heart it was time to put her son to sleep. To relive him of his painful existence
The very being who helped bring him back intrepidus, they came to moaratrez to help her with this to bring the stillborn back to the In between so they could try and salvage his soul and bring him to the aftermath to rest.
Finaly her son was put to rest but not after a emotional confrontation of it all.
Fertily returned but moaratrez was hurt she was weakened, and although creatures where being born again it was at a reduced rate and sometimes they unfortunately where stillborn. A permanent inprint left by her son.
But finally both of them would have a chance to rest.

But... It's beautifully sad ! The story is very well written, the emotions one can feel while watching this animation... The drawings, even the rough ones, are inspiring ! Really bravo !
I love mother and son relationships, and this one still tore my heart out ! There is no word to define a parent who loses their child, and that's what proves that it's one of the most horrible things in the world.
You really deserve more of a view !
