Amazing. Thoughts on how the Duke fared?

Dont downshift to second gear before most corners , stay on 3rd gear you will corner smoother

      Thanks
Some corners 3rd gear the rev goes too low, but downshift to 2nd gears makes the rev really close to the limiter

@@billiejane8696 i did the same thing when i started , when you get more confident with the bike , you will bring more speed in the corner and 3rd gear will be better

Or, just get a large displacement bike with way taller gears and stay in second and third almost all the time. Cheers

@@intensegamer7559 Or don't and learn to ride the duke and kick ass of the larger displacement bikes on every twisty road.

@@wernerxldata Well, consider a KTM 690 SMC R plus its siblings from GasGas and Husqvarna. Highly doubt you can shake loose one of those on any twisty road 😜.The same goes for really well ridden bigger bikes like the premium (road oriented) ADVs and Crossovers out there. Enjoy.

So, where is the chase? Very uneven and unprecise riding, no clear line...

Hmm, so a casual stroll up so hills, good luck to you but not sure what's the point of two different bikes and two different riders of who knows what skill.

@@billiejane8696 Tyre pressure ? I run mine relative low (2.0 bar front, 2.1 rear) because it's a light bike and they warm up quickly then. If it's really hot weather a 10th more.
Checkout your suspension settings (sag) as well, if setup properly it steers like a supermoto.
Keep practicing, there's way more capable with the little duke, up to the level the Gixxer guy can't follow you anymore in such twisty roads 😇

@@wernerxldata Same tyre pressure as you.
Truly it’s easier to run the bike fast than the gixxer, the lighter weight makes the corner entry faster and easier.
