    Agbara looks more like a market area compare to Badagry. I love the fact that Badagry is closer to other West Africa country.
    Indeed, Sanwu-Ola government is working.

    Good job to you for keeping us informed on the state of infrastructure projects within the largest metropolis in Africa. For many years this major artery connecting Nigeria to other West African countries had been neglected. It is good to see that even with delays the project has not been abandoned. Your informing us gives us a tool to watch where our collective wealth is being spent. My hope is that this project is seen to its conclusion which is Seme border. By the way, did you have a vlog from Badagry Roundabout to Seme? Your series on this project will be incomplete without that.

    Thanks for your efforts. What is laid on the sand filled portion is not nylon. The material is called geotextile. It is used to stop water percolation in order to ensure the longevity of the road.

      Don't take that comment in a bad way, dear Ozed. I think what the person meant was that you do a lot of good service for Lagos State and Sanwo-Olu by keeping us all informed of the good things Lagos State and Sanwo-Olu are doing. You give us better information on Lagos State than anyone else. And for that, we thank you!

    16 years have passed and we're still on 1 road. What is wrong with Lagos State? It takes too many years to finish projects in Lagos State, why? The Blue Line, the red line etc were all initiated by Fashola more than 16 years ago. I've never witnessed these kind of delay anywhere in the world. Taking 3 Governors to finish just all these projects, I'm sure Sanwoolu will not be the one to complete these projects. Imagine how long it took to complete Oshodi bus terminal. With all the money in Lagos State. They keep wasting so much money on the delay of single project. When a project is being delayed, the exchange rate and inflation rate will keep affecting it snd it will end up consuming more money than earlier budgeted.

      Useless country as how? Sometimes we need to educate ourselves on our country finances. One of the biggest lie in Nigeria is that Nigeria is a rich country

    • @DonaldJegede
      @DonaldJegede 2 месяца назад

      @@adeshfishfarm5032 I agree with you here. Nigeria is a poor country even without corruption and inefficiencies when you take the population into consideration. The yearly budget of New York City for 2024 (Pop: 8 million) is more than the budget of Nigeria (Pop: 200+ million). What that means is that the Mayor of New York City controls more money than the President of Nigeria. While we have to keep holding the feet of our elected officers and civil servants to the fire, we have to recognize those of them that are truly working for the people. We the people also have to be socially responsible to ensure that when improvements are made to public infrastructures that we keep and guard them because our collective wealth made them possible. We have no other country.

      The people are the problem of the govt. The same people complaining are the people destroying infrastructures and facilities meant for them. When we begin taking these structures seriously like our own, things will be getting better.

      Certain roads are priority over some. Nigeria is currently developing at a time when construction is super expensive. I’m in Canada and I know a road under construction for over 10 years. Most developed countries get their constructions when things are cheaper
