    Allan Rousis Tadeo is the winner of the Deliveroo RCN Foundation NHS Education Impact Award, for outstanding achievement in anaesthetic nursing practice. Allan was awarded a grant towards an anaesthetics course, which had allowed him to become a fully qualified anaesthetic nurse.
