Thomas - winner of the Needlemakers Impact Award 2023

Thomas Ora, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Allergy, is the winner of the RCN Foundation's Needlemakers Impact Award, for outstanding achievement in professional development.
The RCN Foundation awarded Thomas an education grant towards a Level 6 course in Enhancing Asthma Care in Professional Practice at the University of Hertfordshire. The course enabled Thomas to feel more confident and competent in running his asthma clinics and giving advice to patients, but also speaking with other colleagues about his knowledge on asthma.
