Ha, yer, I do get busy and it would take a full episode to update the last 12 months, its nice to be back making a few vids and chasing rovers though. Thanks Ian
Bugger! With you gone I was enjoying my position as 'most handsome Land Rover guy', now it's back to second place. You've got a good nose for finding these treasures, both the trucks and the characters you keep company with. Excellent video.
Ahhh Mr Foreman, you are the Boy Band of the YT Landrover world, a fine, impecibly groomed, young lad with too much talent and high production values!! I am not sure how Wilms has a big enough stick to beat back the hordes of squeeling young lassies!! you just can't change that my freind, shoulders back, enjoy the praise and keep shining in the spotlight that is rightfully on you. I am pleased to be back behind the varoious wheels that make this circus roll into town . All the best to you and the good lady Wilms for the holidays and coming year.
Ahhh thanks Stu, I appreciate that, she was a champion old dog but her young apprenctice has learnt a few of the old dogs tricks :-). Wish you and yours all the best for the holiday season and approaching year 🙂
Thanks Bob, yer it was not easy, I had to order it and go to the next town as my bank didn't have enough and could not get more for a few days. The world is changing.
Welcome back mate. The Cooma area is part of my heritage but live on the south coast now. I’ve had Landies since ‘71 and love ‘em. Will do a patina resto when the prices are more realistic.
Thats great Ross, we'll have to have a south coast channel meet up !!Prices have come way back in the last little while, seems to be some nice cars about for sale, they will still ease more though as thing tighten up with the economy sliding. All the best neighbour 🙂
glad to see you again, hope everything was all right last year?what a beautiful series one; I wish you a blessed christmas time, greetings from germany,
Thank you Ag, It was a bit of a crazy year for us, lots of ups and downs but that is the way life goes sometimes, you just have to deal with the cards your dealt, suffice to say life is an amazing trip :-) All the best to you and yours for the holidays and coming year over there in Germany.
Great to have you back again missed your vids. Looking forward to more Landie adventures. A merry Christmas to you and the family from South Africa 🇿🇦.
Happy to see you back on the screen. Glad to see that you are doing well and hope to see more great videos (hopefully we are not putting too much pressure on you).
Hey Steve! Happy New Year from Oregon USA. So happy to see a new post and congrats on the S1! Was sad to see the 107 go after all the work and the videos of trips you took in it. Looking forward to seeing some adventures in the new buggy!
Thanks TP, i did comprehensivly explain in the video "been busy" :-) life gets in the way sometimes and priorities shift, back doing some more silly stuff again though.
Great video good to see your back with an 80”. But what is it with Aussies repainting Land Rovers (badly) in that shade of green. My imported 107 could of been painted out of the same tin 😂
Thanks Scho, it was likely that was the only paint available in regional areas where most Landys lived, they are tractors after all, a nation that makes do with what's at hand, I actually like it and they look Aussie. on the verso, I do fail to see the appeal of shinny 70 year old cars.
Good to have you back with more interesting content. Was that Brown Mountain you were carefully descending? Have a Great Christmas and looking forward to your next offering.
Yes indeed it was Brown Mountain Russell, a beatiful drive but can get a little dodgy at times in the fog and rain. All the best for the holiday season to you too.
What a Christmas present to see you back.Looking forward to more in the new year. How did the electric conversion turn out? My 1955 107 resto is ready to start bolting it back together! MERRY XMAS CHEERS PHIL.
what a sweet little girl! just looks super, paint shows its age. Looks great just like that.
It was a great wee truck
"been a little while, been busy". LOL Understatement of the year. Good to see a new video.
