Yes very educational. We must share this with our sons young and young men. Give them a "refresher course" considering who is in office and how he is encouraging people to go back to the old ways of America. Don't forget our daughters too. Trump has changed the dynamic of America and it's heart breaking. We have to vote these devil's out of office locally all the way to the white house. Our votes have power. Even if we have to fight voter suppression in some states in America; it's worth the effort to protect ourselves and our future generations.

I’m a native New Yorker from BK but my family had moved from NY 2 mos before this happened. I was very young at the time and had no real knowledge of all that transpired if any at all. Being from NY and still having family who live there made this whole project speak to me on a different level...I watched this 3 times...the first time I watched it straight through and I cried every single time. I pray for all 5 of my brothers, that God allows your stories to help transform a culture that as Ava said, is not broken, but actually was set up to oppress. It’s LONG OVERDUE. My whole perspective on life is forever changed by this project. I have been very vocal on my social media and in my day to day about the need to watch When They See Us.
