I ordered the lymp cleanse and the Ghou saw Palmetto. Noticed improvement almost immediately. Greatly improved over 2 weeks. I'm impressed and will be using both. Will be ordering the cortisol test to see if more improvement is possible.

Great video as an alternative to traditional treatment of the prostate! Anyone watching this needs to keep an open mind! Do you know what the biggest room in the world is? The room for improvement and this video is in this realm, all we have to do is recognize it. The hardest part as we grow older is to keep an open mind and explore possible and new options!

Tomato sauce and paste will inflame the prostate even though not with all men. Three times in my life this has been the case, When I stop using it, the pain goes away in a few days. It is the acid. I learn this from an article on the net years ago.

Don’t know which it was. Either carrot juice or dulse liquid. I had diverticulosis that was confirmed by a scan. An enlarged prostate also showed up on the scan. Started drinking half a gallon per day of carrot juice to add fiber. Cut out drinking all sodas. Started taking dulse liquid(nature’s sunshine brand), and started drinking half gallon per day more of water. Don’t know which helped. The dulse liquid was supposed to be for thyroid and adrenal support. Anyhow went for my annual the following year and all my gut inflammation and swelling in my prostate were gone completely. I like your show and watch it. Mainly because you’re not advocating surgery like the other cut happy doctors on RUclips. And your a real lady as well. Have a nice day.

There are videos that are both positive and negative with regard to eggs affecting the prostate. The eggs are supposed to contain too much Choline, which is supposed to make the prostate vulnerable to cancer. Could you comment . . . I am on a fixed income, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with all the things an older individual needs to survive the environment and getting older. Thank you!

Iodine (preferably Lugol's solution) should be at the top if the list. It promotes apoptosis (natural cell death). The reason the prostate becomes enlarged in the first place is because of the *lack* of apoptosis, causing cells to crowd each other for space.

I agree that saw palmetto and beta sistosterol is worthless, especially for an enlarged prostate that has been allowed to
enlarge over a long period of time. All the other therapies mentioned also seemed worthless. I took Flomax for 11 years, then made the decision to have the gold standard operation known as HoLEP, the Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate. Fantastic results. (the op was done at the Vanderbilt teaching hosp in Nashville)
Retained the nerves for the libido since only the core of the prostate is removed. The opening made is
wider than with the TURP, which makes the HoLEP superior to the TURP. After the op the tissue is bioped
for cancer, a procedure superior to the nasty multi needle biop since a significant amount of tissue is
analyzed, not merely small amounts that were obtained from the needles.
I recommend this op for any man suffering from BPH. Post op was essentially painless.

I have looked though hundreds of comments here. I have not found one comment where the person has said that they have tried what Mellissa has said (apart from saw palmetto). I would be interested in seeing comments on people who have tried these ideas. I would simply like to know whether it works or not from people who have actually tried it. All I am seeing here is why it won't work even though they haven't tried even a part of what she says except saw palmetto. (Many people have tried saw palmetto and have said that it does not work unless it is used at the very beginning of the problem (one person said this. Thanks to everyone who has tried saw palmetto and has explained here that it is useless) . I am interested to know if any of the other ideas help or not by someone who has tried them for a reasonable length of time. I intend to try some of the cheaper ideas and see if they help in any way. Hopefully, I will get back to everyone with results if I can remember where to find this video again.

@@jimreimers4213 I gave up with the trampoline. I have also given up on the brushing. So, I can't say what benefits these will bring. My guess is that they will help but the rsult will not be drammatic. That is only a guess since I have givem both of these things up.
I have been to a fully qualified homeopath (by the way they are mostly women) with a full 3 year qualification and many years experience. The homeopath has definately given me good results. I have been using the homeopath for a little over a year. I am going to the toilet a lot less overnight. I used to be going about every 90 minues and maybe less then 90 minutes. I now go typically every 3 hours. Sometimes about 5 hours and on rare occassions when I have less water late I have managed 8 hours. I think that it started improving things within a month or two. I can't remember the details. I think that the results have plateued after a few months. I will be patient and maybe there will be jumps in the future. So, I can definately say that a good qualified homepath will help a lot. I pay about £50 a visit to the homeopath every 2 months and about £10 for the medicine (remedy). So it costs about £1 / day. It is well worth it. However, I noticed that my PSA number still went up even though I was using a homeopath. I have heard that homeopathy is not very good with cancer but it is very good with most other things.
In the last 3 months I have started taking 30 gramms / day of crushed linseed. Crush the linseed seeds with a coffee grinder or other machine to get the goodness out of the seed. Then put it on your cerial or just in a glass of water every day. My brother has only done this linseed idea without the homeopathy. He says that it has helped him to go to toilet less overnight. I can't give more exact details than that about my brother. I have been using the homeopath and linseed at the same time for the last 3 months so I can't isolate what the linseed is doing by itself. I can only isolate the homeopthy because I have been doing that by itself for about 9 months before I started the linseed. However, I can say that I was taking the linseed for 7 weeks before my PSA test. There was a big drop in the PSA reading from 4.3 to 3.8 in a period of 6 months. The 6 months before that it went up from 3.8 to 4.3. These numbers line up with what www.nutritianfacts.org site said would happen. My homeopath thinks it might be the different remedy she is giving me. My feeling is that it is the linseed. I can't afford to stop one form of treatment to find out which one is giving the drop in PSA. I have to keep them both going to stop the deteriation. As time goes on I will obviously get more information as I do the PSA test in another 6 months time. www.nutritionfacts.org ( nutritionfacts.org/video/flaxseed-vs-prostate-cancer/) advises taking linseed to reduce the PSA number. The site does say that you will get dramatic results on the PSA in as little as 3 weeks.
My general feeling is that homeopathy is increasing the time between going to the toilet. I think that linseed is doing most or maybe all of the work of reducing the PSA number. I definitely recommend doing both at the same time.
I also advise taking at least 4000 IU units of vitamin D to reduce the likelyhood of cancer. Also take turmeric with black pepper, ginger, black seeds (black cummin). All these are anti inflamatories which reduce the likelihood of cancer generally. Also, eat as little animal fats as possible. I think that is everything that I am doing to try to reduce this problem.
Please leave a comment on this post in about 6 months to remind me to update this post with a further PSA reading and any other new ideas I come up with.

I think the main cause of enlargement of the prostate is a low level of testosterone produced in the testes of men combined with an overabundance of estrogen which is coming from pollution of our crops, water and air (chem-trails). Saw plamentto does not work quick enough by itself. I've tried it before for a couple of months and saw little improvement. Inflammation is also caused by an over acidic body which causes a host of problems. The body needs to be slightly alkaline in order for it to work properly. What about hemp oil? It seems we all have cannibaoid receptors in our bodies that keep away diseases such as cancer. Right now, I'm only taking the 100mg cbd oil but they do sell a bottle with 1500mg for 80 dollars. The prostate depends on testosterone and until I can raise that level, the other things won't make that much of a difference. I already had a minor surgery to reduce the size of my prostate about a month ago. I don't want to go through that again.

I'm s 70 year old who began running at age 22 and maintained significant cardio activities my entire life and still do albeit I went to other forms of cardio around age 50. I have supplemented that with varieties of weight training including HIT . Have a great diet , great blood markers and take zero medications , I have BPH and it began slowly at about age 60. A bad diet can certainly cause BPH among other ailments but your categorization is innacurate. My brother has it and he is a healthy man as well.. have a nice day..

It has been authorise by the FDA in USA in 2015. It has been authorised in the UK for the NHS by NICE since 2018. In the UK however not many health authorities use it. You have to find where it is being currently used on the Rezum web site (www.rezum.com) and then get referred there by you doctor.

Hello Dr. Melissa Gallagher... Can you please help me? My psa has grown from 8.1 to 11.1 in just 2 months of having a catheter up into my bladder. But no signs of cancer. The local urologist wants to to do a laser blasting on me. Could the catheter be making my prostate grow bigger or make it seem larger than it actually is? I am 61 now and have had a catheter since 1/4/21... afraid to get the procedure. My urologist will not try a less evasive procedure. He says it will just be kicking the can down the road and laughs at my herbs and nutrition.. tells me well they are not working it's still growing. Thanks for any reply.

Non of this work, I've had an inflamed prostate for 8 years. There are 3 main causes for prostatitis. High estrogen with low testosterone, calcification of the prostate and an infection in the prostate from bacteria, virus or fungus. My advice is to get some testing done. Check hormones, get an ultrasound for calcification and get your urine/seamen and prostate fluid tested for infection (cultured) for 7 days. Once you know the problem you can treat according,

I think we should be discovering what the differences are between men that do have an enlarged prostate and those that don't. I'm sure most men without ever having had any prostate problems haven't been taking these so called cures or relief. The medical community and our judicial system and social structure will not disclose the fact that we would not need doctors for most our ailments (and they call their job a practice because that is exactly what they are doing} if we still knew the things we used to know about natural cures. What if our government wasn't so money hungry for the taxes soft-drink companies and candy and junk-food companies pay, and the revenue it brings in to insurance companies and every involved in that scam. We have been regulated into being dumbed down by our government and school systems just for profit.

While both vibration plates and rebounding offer unique benefits, they're not exact replacements for each other. Rebounding provides a rhythmic bouncing motion that can help with lymphatic drainage, cardiovascular health, and bone density. On the other hand, vibration plates primarily offer whole-body vibrations that can stimulate muscles and potentially enhance circulation.

Flax stops the cancer but the Doctor is right and her insight is important to grasp , Healing the body and specifically the prostate is all sided , Chemo therapy or radiation or other treatment can stop the fire . Flax seed is fire prevention . We need to take an all sided view to our health, I enjoyed the Doctors lessons very much . I am learning every day . Dr Geber is a researcher and just puts out the latest studies . Health requires an all sided view.
I take Advil for pain but the pain is caused by me not understanding what I was doing to my body, Advil is not free and it really help with pain but the cost to the kidneys and heart can be very costly to older adults
and especially the kidney, It is reported that Advil can cause in large amounts kidney failure .
Antwaun is right. Change your eating and fast if you can . Take flax seeds to give you time to change your habit learned that do not promote health . Read , Study , Listen to honest sources like the Doctor.

The prostate is considered a sex gland NOT a lymphatic gland! Also, a primary cause of enlarged prostate is an imbalance of testosterone to estrogen. Most men as they get older or fatter tend to have lower testosterone and higher estrogen levels in combination with excess inflammation caused by improper diet and lack of exercise. Also you mentioned something about testosterone congestion in the lymphatic system. WOW! Please post some proven studies before throwing your audience for a complete loop! Much more to this, but thought I would chime in since I have nearly 30 years experience helping men and women overcome health issues and disease prevention!

In the UK however not many health authorities use it. You have to find where it is being currently used on the Rezum web site (www.rezum.com) and then get referred there by your doctor.

I massage pure weed oil into mine and i got some instant relief, my pee flowed better... it was a bother getting the oil in on my finger but rather that than going for surgery... I will follow the docs advice and begin skipping again.

Saw palmetto has been researched to death, it doesn’t work

I took a combination of saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil (320mg/1000mg) twice per day for 6 months. It did nothing to relieve BPH or reduce the PSA number.

I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. Sometimes, natural supplements can affect people differently. It might be worth talking to your doctor about other options or combinations that could help with BPH and PSA levels. Keep exploring what works best for your body!

I finished chemotherapy with docetaxel about nine months ago for prostate cancer and my stamina is still in the gutter. What can I do to regain my physical stamina? I am also on Lupron, which also decreases energy. *How Prostate Cured Total* 👉 *For more information My Profile In About* Or Bio

What about the testing of prostate? How do you know if the prostate is shrinking?

You won't be going to the toilet so much when your prostate shrinks.
