im in San Francisco trying to get my first deal this shit is hard as fuck. im driving around now still but we dont even have grass on properties out here in front of the house. i will keep watching and learning hopefully i will find a deal soon only tool im using is deal machine
Which mortgage broker do you use for your sandwich lease/cooperative options? Do you draft a separate contract/listing agreement with your Realtor if/when using one? Since you're using a real estate attorney, do they write and disperse the checks separately for you and the Realtor when paying out the option consideration fee when assigning over the option rights to the original seller and tenant buyer? Love your content btw.
