first thing, support the metal scene! in any way, whenever you can. many look at the clothes when entering this road, first of all, look at the concerts! you change your clothing style and adapt it over time, attending concerts is the most important thing, and I'm not talking about megadeth concerts, iron maiden or something like that, go to the concerts that are organized in your city, support the stage and those who creates such events, is the most important. even for introverts, those who haven't been to metal concerts before, it's a completely different shit, at a metal concert everyone feels good, and it doesn't matter the clothes or how many beers you consumed, what matters most is the presence. the organizers have to see people coming, the bands have to see support, it's something very simple but very important for the vitality of the metal scene in your area. you can t be a poser if you support the metal scene, keep that in mind! 🤘🏻

💯Buy albums, buy shirts/merch and go to shows are all great. Doesn't really matter what order you do them in imo. If you're a metalhead as long as you're supporting metal. Introducing people to metal bands they may like. There's numerous ways to support the metal scene. Above all, passion and love for the music is what guides 🤘

I'm not young (almost 40), but I didn't get into metal until about a year and a half ago. Since then I've really tried to open my horizons to all types of metal.
What i wanted to say is: Reading these comments makes me realize just how FORTUNATE i am to live in an area where local metal shows go on almost every week. I love going to shows & have made good friends by doing so. I've bought at least 30+ band shirts in the last year and more than half are 'local'/ not big bands. Wearing a band shirt is a good conversation starter too 👌 so remember that. That is all.
    Rock on 🤘

Aww.. What a great video!. I’m not exactly new to metal music but it was still nice to listen to you speak. Such a lovely message. ❤️‍🔥🤘🤘
Oh hey! You young metalheads, when you go to a show and you see someone get knocked down during a mosh, go help them up right a way and make sure they are okay so they can keep on rockin out! ✊🤘

I never understood (personally) this sentiment; I've always been _positively_ unashamed about my eccentricity. But I suppose I understand why people say it.
But, like if someone mocked me-or recently, was politely insinuating something about my sanity because I shared the Bethlehem song Aphel - die schwarze Schlange-I would just find it amusing and even consider the person superfluous or even inferior for mocking me over music? It is an aquired taste to be sure.

way back in school I got bullied a lot about having edgy music taste among many other things by everyone in the school, it kinda led me to withdrawing from a lot of the stuff I liked, here in my mid 20s now I only recently began having a metal reawakening and deprogramming the edgy=bad way of thinking I got into as a defence mechanism. This advice is stuff a lot of people need to hear, especially the stuff about talking and sharing your music tastes with friends even when they aren't into metal and harder music, I share it with my friends I talk about it with them, and just have fun with it, I especially love making them shrivel up by putting on some sludge or death metal for them, because in the end they love me for who I am and vice versa even if we have different tastes and all of it is in good fun.

I was never only metalhead in my school. There was a small group of us metal/goth slackers who were growing our hair long and rocking out. Haha But yeah you give some great advice. Don’t matter what bands you listen too. We mostly got into the music in different ways. Even the popular metal bands.
Hope you have a great yule. And looking forward to the new vids in 2024! \m/

You say corridors in the intro; reminds me of: Well, have you heard the song Corridors to the Abyss? (Sinister)
In my opinion they have three great songs: the above, Art of the Damned, and Bastard Saints. The quintessence of death metal.

My advice to young/new metalheads and metalheads of all ages, is to buy albums by the bands you're into in whatever your preferred format is. Buy shirts and other band merch that appeals to you and support the bands you like/love by going to shows. If the metal underground is going to continue to exist it needs us metalheads support and the more support the better.

I miss this style straight up i was born in 89 and my time growing up i saw alot if metal head's but id say it was a 🔨in the ⚰️ after rap genre took over in 07/08 and i even noticed the rap culture impacted alot of people to were everyone has the lingo dresses the same and you get made fun of for being diffrent i havent seen anyone dress like a goth since 09 which is sad because that style especially for women was cute and this is coming from a black person who also got into heavy metal back in 09/10 and im learning more about it as well even when other black people make fun of me for liking it and i also 🛹
