I admire Millie's honesty and for writing her story. I love her lack of self pity, her lack of drama, and accepting what she wanted to change. Wonderful inspiring interview.
I agree half, a good strong interview, Millie acted in time. Ultimately she didn't lose anything like others have, possibly leaving them more self critical and sorry for self.
It’s bad in America too if not worse. In America kids start even younger. I’m a millennial but even when I was in high school kids were drinking as young as 13/14 years old and sometimes the “cool” as an adult I would say irresponsible parents were providing the alcohol
It really shows how drinking affects all levels of society. She’s so right; it’s not talked about enough. Social occasions are much too alcohol based 😕
An alcohol problem is only recognised and “accepted” if you drink every single day and lose your home or job etc. An alcohol problem is when you take alcohol you can’t control it. When you start you can’t stop and when you stop you can’t stay stopped. I’m 32 and I’ve just passed 2 years sober. Biggest and best decision I’ve made in my life. Learning to live sober you can accomplish anything. For me it was all or nothing. I went to AA and went on the 12 step programme and would highly recommend it.
Fantastic interview ❤ I think a lot of people will resonate and know they're not alone and it can be done. There's nothing to be ashamed of,we All have different struggles and I think talking about it and sharing your story is so empowering and brave ❤
😂she already has money... If was a 'normal person ' would u be saying the same thing...... she's telling her story and yes written in book to help others
So she is not admitting she is an alcoholic? binge drinking is not being able to stop drinking and drinking until you pass out. Same definition for alcoholics they can't stop once they start. Cop out!
Regardless of labelling things, it sounds like she identified a problem and has taken actions to address it in a way that's working for her. Don't have to be a full blown addict to acknowledge that something is no longer serving you or causes harm.
@ there is no such thing as a ‘full blown alcoholic’ you’re an alcoholic but in different stages as the disease progresses, as someone who has been in AA for decades and has heard hundreds of shares - you’re born with the addiction to alcohol. She is putting it all in a lovely bow to preserve her image and that’s probably why Cat really wasn’t buying it.
@leej-wp9ft I hear you, but I believe many people don't consider themselves to fit certain labels & alot of that is possibly due to stereotypes and what people are lead to believe "classic addiction" looks like. Whatever your demons are I commend anyone with the courage to address a problem & make different choices. All the best in your journey.
@@happydays2183I don’t have demons. I admitted I was an alcoholic and went to AA and stopped drinking. Millie has demons her main one is being a narcissistic person who can’t admit to being an alcoholic as her image is more important than being honest with herself about herself.
My kind of girlfriend is a chronic alcoholic and debases herself with random men . Unfortunately the men are the same and low level. It’s steely her looks and lost all her $ and 3 boys . I tried to help her but her drinking was confronting. I sailed away to another country but stay in touch but nothing has changed only worse .
All this woman does is try to make herself look so relatable through all her "struggles". She's rich and pretty and realistically probably can't relate to any of us commoners. I don't believe her story tbh, it's just something to make her some money as she's got nothing else to sell.
People with money can still struggle 😂😂 as they say money doesn't buy u happiness..she's still a human .... Exactly has money already 😂😂😂doubt she needs make this up to get more money when she's rich gosh
Speak without intonation and an almost posh accent whilst accentuating your t's, and you can almost (almost) make it appear you have everyrhing figured out... and make money.

Her truth, is it the truth?

I agree. I'm impressed. Resonates with me!
That slap she gave Spencer
I'll never forget it
😂
Hahahaha I remember that 😂😂😂
😂 quality, rearranged his whole hair style
Oh yes I was trying to remember who it was she smacked 😅 . And the two of them are sober now , fair play to them
@Steve-d5x8s 😂😂😂
The binge drink culture in the UK is so bad. Especially in universities. Something needs to change.

Thank you so much for talking about this x not easy, but helping others x thank you ❤
Wow i would never have thought. That's so brave of Millie and hopefully this book can help some people x
she gives me Paris Hilton vibes
A British version?
I was thinking the exact same thing!
What a brave woman, ❤ how honest she's been
Respect to you millie.❤
You’ll never regret this decision Millie 💕💕💕💕
She should be so proud of herself for this. Brave x
DRINK IS A CURSE WONTS IT GETS A GRIP ON YOU GOOD TO SEE SHE IS ON THE RIGHT ROAD❤
What a beautifull woman Good on her to tell all so very honest and brave.
Millie looks beautiful. Good on her. She was ✨iconic✨ on MIC 😂😂
She looks unrecognisable
Right?!
Culturally people do drink to excess socially which has negative effects on the body, mind and energy.
She looks healthy and beautiful!
Well done Millie! 🙂❤🙏
I hope she gets better and recovered
Well done Milly, I gave up in 2016
Celebrities often only talk about alcohol not the rest
Turning it into money you mean
Exactly 😂😂😂
😂she already has money...
If was a 'normal person ' would u be saying the same thing...... she's telling her story and yes written in book to help others
good on her and she looks lovely
She has zero personality. Her tips are to get a sober coach, which most people can’t afford. I hope her book is more appealing than her personality.
There are lots of fantastic "quit lit" books out there..Catherine Grays the unexpected joy of being sober..
Drinking one glass of wine everyday is not normal
Fantastic Millie 🎉
Please where is that beautiful necklace from
She's mid 30's and recognised that alcohol and hangovers take too much of a toll. Big whoop. In other news, the sun rises in the east.
The wizard will see you now.
A sober coach ???? Will you give me a break
More self guff disguised as helping others
Blame blame blame everything covid, not a normal schedule, husband, kids, dogs, cats, MIC and then the book deal saved her

Yip thought the same thing alcoholism is exactly that . She can't bring herself to call herself an alcholic very strange

@lilmizeezee8350 Fair enough, maybe you're right.
Never saw her have an alcohol problem on Made in Chelsea?
Probably didn’t film those parts not great tv . Can be hidden even from family let alone the edited live you are watching
I don't actually believe her. No withdrawals and a sober coach. Not most people's experience
Not going film that..are they 😂
@@lilmizeezee8350 They did show one girl with an alcohol problem. I still don't believe it.

well it's just her life
She’s reallyyyy trying to look like Emily English
👏👏👏
Heavens she had beautiful red hair, looking quite common now!
🥱
Ozempic?
Nope she’s always looked like this
👏👏
