We created a VEGETARIAN version of a Stone Willy's BREAKFAST WRAP

Dan really enjoys a Stone Willy's breakfast wrap when he's out and about and I had a bright idea to create a vegetarian one at home. A basic multigrain wrap is lightly toasted on a griddle pan and filled with omelette, hash browns, fried red onion, griddled halloumi and baked beans. It can be spiced up as you please or simply finished with a squirt of ketchup or brown sauce. The perfect breakfast, especially after a heavy night out. Merlin the Magickal Chonk supervised in his own inimitable way.
