Great stuff. Looks like you used a different approach to installing the main strings. Most folks seem to start from one side and work their way over whereas you did all the long ones first and then went back to wrap each rail. Your way seems more efficient and the end result is identical. We're you happy with the tension?
I'm trying this at home as a quarantine hobby! Is there a video you have or could refer me to that has more of step by step instructions or details on how to start the weave?
I saw the video u did with the bench using danish cord...I hav a hamtons chair set wit dat exact pattern....wat other cords wil u recommend to refurbish my set....Im from Trinidad....dont know wat wil b available here locally....
It is danish paper cord. HH Perkins is a good supplier for most of the things you need for re-weaving. Franks cane and Rush Supply is another good place to check.
