I'm so glad you like the project and the outdoor sounds. I love crafting outdoors and this was the perfect setup since it was the Fall season. I have moved since filming this video, but I hope to do more outdoor crafting! Thanks for watching! Hugs, Tracey
Tina Moore-Baker That's AWESOME that you're making money from these!!! I just LOVE when people can earn extra cash on the side!!! Keep up the good work!!! (& I just saw that I commented on this before, but I STILL think it's cool that you started selling these! )
Tina Moore-Baker Great that u making these and getting some extra change for ur pocket. Since u have made these im wondering does the hot glue hold up on the weight of the gems? or should I use a stronger glue? and if so which one?
the mirror came out beautiful just beautiful it's easy to hang on the wall you just buy the pieces in the hardware store to hang up it's easy don't let anyone advertise their page on your channel this is your Channel don't be afraid to let them know good luck God bless happy holidays I can hear all the critters in the backyard
Wow! This is a great idea. It would be great for the entry way to check yourself out before leaving the house or opening the door. I love it. First time subscriber! I look forward to watching more of your videos!
sunny marie. I would use E -6000 glue 2 adhere a wall hanging attachment to the back of the plate b4 starting on the front. Let dry for 48 hrs. Good luck!!! I'm definitely going to be doing this one!
Awesome! Glad to help out...lol Yes, it's a light rose and light green color...oh my gosh, it's so, so pretty. I am giving it to my Mom for Christmas. I hope you and your family have a lovely holiday season! Thanks again!
I do like the fact that your videos are quiet, to the point and very inexpensive. I've only seen two but I'll keep watching. Thank you for not hurrying, talking too fast or having ridiculously loud music in the background.
This is really pretty but I notice you didn't mention anything about hanging it on a wall. I can imagine that it would be pretty impossible to do considering how heavy the plate will be after you put the glass beads on it. However, I can imagine it would be really beautiful with a candle in the middle as a centerpiece during the holidays. Thanks for the idea.😊👍
Thank so much for watching! Their are several tools specifically made for hanging plates on the wall. I put a link in the description box since so many of you had questions. After the beads went on, the plate weighed about 5 lbs. tfw, Tracey
this is absolutely beautiful! Great idea! I wouldn't have used hot glue cuz I have had projects done similar to this one and I noticed that the glass beads were coming off after a while...if it happens try E6000 its permanent and such a nice piece is worth it. TFS!
Thanks a lot! I did mention in the description that they may want to use e6000. The hot glue works for me. It's been several months and it's still good. tfw, Tracey
I would put the darker ones on the edge, that way the edge line doesn't show through as much. Also add some gems or pearls to really make it bling. Great job!
MakeupMunchiesandMore set your oven to 500 degrees bake for 20 mins then pour into an ice bath. the sudden temperature changes will cause the glass to fracture inside
Theblackbumblebee I just looked up the technique. They won't explode in the oven, but make sure to use a plastic or metal bowl for the ice bath, otherwise there is a chance that it (the bowl) may crack/break! I'm quite excited to try it.
Made several smaller candleholders with small mirrors and your ideas are just great! THANK YOU Happy Holidays and keep up the amazing tutorials! Janine
First time here and I love it...also love there isn't any music playing and I can hear you....I'll search for more of you videos...hopefully more Dollar Tree finds...✔
🌼✨#OMG.. Stumble across your DIY video and I just want to say that this is soooo beautiful. So easy, but yet so Beautifully✨ done.. "Great job'.. Can't wait to see your next project🍁
I love the plate idea with the mirror! I have seen some people do it with cardboard and it doesn't look near as beautiful and elegant as yours! If I may offer a tip to anyone wanting to try it with different colors without spending a ton of money...WAL-MART has large bags in all colors for less than $5 each and you can squeeze in a few projects depending on how many you need! Alsothe very light and clear ones can be painted to your liking!!!

Beautiful idea. Sorry to be picky but first row has one glass pebbles that's the wrong colour. It is the same colour as the final row. Still looks stunning though. We'll done and thank you for such creative projects.
Wouldn't this be pretty done with red and green for Christmas, or maybe even with some of the holiday themed table scatter that's sold in $Tree? I'm thinking specifically of the heart shaped scatter they sell around Valentine's Day.
This looks like so much fun. I think you have a better dollar store than the two different kinds near me. I'll have to search for a Dollar Tree. I'm looking forward to making one. It's just what I've been looking for for a bathroom accent. You're very creative and generous. Thank you.
very cute results...only that hot glue will adhere to a mirror and plastic temporarily... this project is cute as a one day display..otherwise it is likely to fall apart.
+Kandia Haynesworth My plates are still holding up. I haven't had any problems so far...lol...I know some have used Super glue or e6000.tfw, Tracey 🎄❤🎄
Yes, e6000 works best and will last the longest... Especially if a person plans to give as a gift or sell this project.. However, overall - it came out great! Thanks for responding...

I also looked at some of your gift baskets that you have made and have court what a wonderful idea I'm going to use a lot of it I hope for Christmas of all the stuff that they my family likes to snack on or even put something in there to make a dinner with a gift card I thought that was also great and if I can find a pot that my sister or my daughter might use I would put the dinner in a pot now you could well if you know somebody that you want to spend a lot of money like when your family you can get a pressure cooker or some type of 3 in 1 cooker and put a dinner and then drop it but you have inspired me so much thank you
AWESOME...You could also hang it. Thank You so much for sharing..I am new to your chanel. I am going to make it for a gift for my sister. Thank you again. Be Blessed.
Awesome, beautiful and really easy to do..... thanks for sharing this post. I saved this under DIY Home Decor and I'm thinking about making this for a birthday present for my Mother In-law
Beautiful!!! You inspired me to start my RUclips page I’m obsessed with your videos ! Any pointers you can give me for a jump start ! I feel like I’m getting no where 😫

an absolutely FABULOUS idea! and to think everything is from Dollar Tree, my favorite store! i wonder though if you could use E6000 for this instead of hot glue. i use the E6000 in my jewelry making and have a lot of it around the workshop. AND if anyone is looking for easels to be gifted (or used yourself) with this, you can get them on Amazon. i got a giant one for a decorative platter, so i'm sure they have different sizes available.
+marie marie Lots of crafters are using E6000 with much success. Thanks for sharing the info about the easels. So glad you're going to make these! Hugs, Tracey
I'm just telling everyone about your ideas and giving them your information. Life is good. My boss likes it also. Hope they subscribe and watch. We are just excited about YOU! Making our homes nicer and wonders the imagination. I'm glad i found your site on U Tube.
+Helen Spencer Awwww! Thank you so much, Helen! I appreciate you. Tell everyone at your job I said HELLO!!! Glad your boss likes it!!! Hugs, Tracey 🌟❤🌟❤🌟
Great idea and very pretty, BUT y'all know hot glue does not stick/adhere to glass on glass. It always pops off after a day or 2....I'll share my opinion from experience, I would use a plastic dish, it will work. OR you can use a glass plate if you put a dab of e6000 glue in the middle of the bead and hot around the edges. This way the hot glue seals it while the e6000 is drying!! Thank you in advance! 😀
+jamie calandra Glad you like this project Jamie. It was already noted in the description and comments. It's been a year now and the gems are still in place using Gorilla Glue Sticks.❤
How do you keep the gems from falling off? I did a different project - similar, though - and they're falling off. Is there a stronger hot glue? or should I use E-6000? or some other clear product? PS I hate that Dollar Tree no longer sells the easel frame holder, but you can find them -- I can't remember if it was Amazon or Ebay, but one has them for under $1.
This was the best of both worlds for me DIY and the sounds of Nature🙌😂 luv it and thank you the calmest video ever😊

We use the gems after we crackle them and they look like gems. Jean
that sounds interesting! how do you crackle them?
MakeupMunchiesandMore set your oven to 500 degrees bake for 20 mins then pour into an ice bath. the sudden temperature changes will cause the glass to fracture inside
Paula Harder Will they explode in the oven, l don't want to hurt myself? ?
Paula Harder
Thank you - just looked it up here on YT. Seems easy enough!
