I put a light coat of clear nail polish on the sensor. It makes it easier to clean without blocking the light for recharging.

Is 2022 the year of the solar light? You're the 3rd creator I've seen making lights. Everyone's creations have been fun and functional. Your ideas are really clever. Live in the mountains. This area is pretty well cleared, but wildlife still goes through the yard sometimes. It's fun to be able to look outside and see the elusive feral cat peeing on your roses. 😳
I thought buying them and putting them in the bug out bag, which is really the camping bag, would be a good idea. You can put them around your tent, or camping spot, or make a walkway, then grab one if you can't find a flashlight. Too many years taking little girls camping, I guess. I miss those days.
All great ideas but yes my favorite is the 3d one,I will be doing this one!

I love using solar lights for a variety of things. I like putting them in colored vases,glasses, or jars‼️Very pretty outside at night ‼️😻♥️The cheaper smaller solar lights use to o be only.97-.98¢ at Walmart (idk if they still are or not)
They raised the price too this year!🥺 They are still less than Dollar Tree at $1.18, but they are a little smaller than DT.
@@GlueGunsRoses I kinda figured with these great inflation prices EVERYTHING has gone up at least .14¢ or more where I live but still not bad. The only thing is with the cheaper solar lights, if you leave them outside all winter the lights don't last as long even though it seems like they are making them cheaper anyway. The lights use to last a few years for me. Now I'm lucky if they last a year. I'm not complaining for a dollar though. Thanks ‼️ I ♥️ your channel ‼️Best diy channel on RUclips ‼️🙏🇺🇸😻

I use empty water bottles and soda cans to fill my big pots with plants. Saves on soil, but more importantly keeps my big pots light enough for me to move around with my bad back.
