Okay, like I said @HTC, I came over here and subbed to you, too. I wish you well on this channel too, because you've got the look, talent, skills, and abilities to really grow these channels.

Looks good, once again. On an only slightly related note; do you know what item I seriously miss, from my days of enjoying Taco Bell? The seven layer burrito. I long had a love/annoyance relationship with this item, as I loved it when it was assembled right, and only wistfully enjoyed it when they did it wrong, How to do it wrong? Well, as I once went back and told a TB manager; I ordered a seven LAYER burrito, not a seven SECTION burrito.

Training is no match for lack of common sense. Were we that clueless at that age? Perhaps....

See, like I was commenting on the other Chalupa Steak or the Cantina Chicken videos, is that you can see here ... 3:16 ... that this recipe (i.e., TB ground beef) has some type of saucy-ness to it. So, that's what wife and I plan to take your @CS and @CC recipes, then we're going to fork from what you have, and then try to create something that has a little more taste outside of it. Also, no complaints to you on those recipes, but it'd be nice to have some type of thicker gravy that goes with both of those. Then, that's all most people need to do everything TB at home.

I am working on this recipe right now. I finally went into town (I live in the boonies) and got Taco Bell for the first time in about 8 months. The cantina chicken should be pretty easy to replicate. I have been making chicken like that my whole life. The steak will take a little tweaking but I should be able to shoot those videos next week. IF you want to try a simple hack for this use one of those seasoning packets and make it in a small pot without the chicken or steak in it yet. When it starts to come to a simmer (about 204f) it will get thick very quickly. Add the cooked chicken or steak and stirr it all up. Add a little worecestershire sauce or A1 for the steak maybe and it should be close to what you are looking for.

Damn whatever happened to the Taco Bell Enchiritos why did they stop offering them? They were awesome way back when. Do you have a video of how to make them?

I know, they were great. I hear it was because they took too long to make and held up the line. I do have a video for that, and it should be out tomorrow, actually. I also have the meximelt and pizza right behind it. Chalupas are coming soon!
