Ok so I will tell you how I came to that conclusion. First when I talk about these GPUs I mean how much more better they are how much more FPS you will get in games I mention just gaming. I don't talk about benchmarks or stuff like that I look at the data of a couple of games and see how much better in real cenarios it is. in that data that I have gathered now when it comes to the gtx 1660 Don't forget that there is another 3 gb version even though here I mention the 6gb one which is true it is a bit better then 25% in a lot of games but in a lot more it's not and the 3 gb version that is less the 25% better there are games that the gtx 1050ti comes really close at fps since the 1050ti has 4 gb of ram, so when it comes to the games that requaire more ram they are pretty close so I considered the 3 gb version as well to a degree. So for that reason I gave it a lower score but it defenatly isn't 50% better there might be one game or 2 where it performs that much better but overall it's a lot lower. now I know if you just Google it it will show you that performance but if you go on RUclips and search for other people's videos where they just compare fps and get those number well you will arrive at this conclusion as well that's how I got the info at least. And just don't forget something I am taking the gtx 1060 as the benchmark since I am taking about that that means that for example if the gtx 1050ti has 60 fps and the 1060 has 80 if the 1050ti was the benchmark that would mean that it's 33% better bc 20 fps from 60 is 33% but from 80fps if we take 20 fps that's just 25% better

Yeah you are probably right. To be honest that was going through my mind but when I was doing the script for the video after I explain what the letters and numbers mean at that point if I continued talking about the used GPU market that would take to long it would be like half of the video just me talking without even starting the comparison, it would be a bit of a turn off, to boring, for that reason I let it for the end but even through out the video when I talk about every single GPU in the background I am searching Newegg for prices and there you can see the used prices for the GPU's as well so you know what I am talking about. At least that was my thought process when I was doing the video. Again I am not trying to say that I am right, I am just explain why I left that part for the end hopefully you understand, anyway thanks for the comment again, hope to see more of you in my next videos as well.

It generally depends on regional prices but usually the only Nvidia GPU that can be recommended is the 3060ti (12gb). The rest is too expensive and / or doesnt have enough VRAM, so u are forced to buy higher end GPUs aka intended scam. The 4060 is the worst GPU launched in years, the 4070 (ti) is insanely expensive for it only having 12GB VRAM (will last 2 years?), 4080 is 200-400 dollars overprized, no one buys it and 4090 is a test for how much people are willing to pay for the best GPU, prolly not even worth 1000 bucks.
Too bad dlss3 will only be supported by the 40 series. Rip 30 series buyers.
Idk, Nvidia doesnt make any sense rn..

Couldn't have said that better myself and the sad truth is that AMD is doing the same thing as much as people like to talk shit about Nvidia at least Nvidia as the software they have nothing and they do a GPU similar in performance to the Nvidia GPU and they price it a couple buck cheaper which is not worth it considering that Nvidia's GPUs are more stable and power efficient and they have more mature software which plays a big role in my opinion. And when I say the AMD follows the same tred I mean there are only 3 cards that I could put at S tier spoiler Alert I guess. Those are the rx 6700 the rx 6700xt and 6750xt and the only reason is because they do the bare minimum to be good enough and they are not that expensive compared to Nvidia and they have a bit more performance I still have to mention the downsides the current gen even in AMD side to me at least with those prices doesn't make sense the last gen at least it got cheaper. I don't know if you are going to read this but if you do sorry for wasting your time when I start talking about these things I can't stop. Yeah but honestly they have a lot of problems they are the newest GPU maker right now so their software is even worse them AMD's. So I think that too is something worth considering. @@raytech2869 To be honest, I hear about more problems on nvidias side with software than amd at the moment, especially with display compatibility+ adrenaline is amazingly user friendly and a joy to have for undervolting and monitoring.
Intel still got some minor problems here and there but they are really minor (except for the starfield one, but who buys a bathesda game on launch :D.. Those clowns didn't even optimize anything..). The crazy thing is, the Intel arc cards got even better in video editing than Nvidia right now, it's so insane. Now that more people are using those, Intel gets more and more data to work with and they optimize on a crazy level. The arc cards are waaaay stronger than a 4060, 3060 even than my 6700XT in terms of bus width, gb/s etc. and the potential keeps increasing. It won't take years to catch up, they are on a highway and almost there. And if this quality of support and hardware continues, we finally have a new, very competitive player on the field.

Yeah that would make sense but there are people that are selling these GPUs new and they show the retail price and people get scammed because they think that's the price. Now the reason why I didn't mention the used market is because you never know what your getting and even if you get a good GPU for example an 1080 now that is still a really good card for the used market they go for really cheap but they are old even in the perfect condition the fans will get overwhelmed with this much age on them and the worst part is that they are not in the best shape even Newegg that is really legit when it comes to used parts sometimes they ship broken parts and don't take them back that has happened now just think what can happen in the ebay or Facebook marketplace and there are other things as well but for these main reasons I thought this was the best way to move with the video now I might be wrong but that was my thought process. Then GTX 1070 at $400 ... ok this is about what its MSRP was.... still a BS price for today, but meh
Then GTX 1070 Ti at $650 ? WTF ? Where did that come from ?
Then GTX 1080 at $450 ? Well, this is a sign of how much BS the previous one is. At launch it was $600, finally a price that seems more normal for today... well it's still too much, but at least is below MSRP
Then GTX 1080 Ti at $1500 ? No, just delete that 10 series part of the video, it's beyond useless. Hate to be so negative but it really is just like that: more than useless.

@user-qg7wv4rx6p ok so from that point of view you are 100% correct. So basically it's mostly based on my thoughts and at this moment I think that having better software is good but having the latest doesn't make sense for the premium price. And why the 2060 super is one tier higher well even though it's not much more faster is still viable I mean it only has 6 gb but it's almost as good as one tier above it almost as good as the RTX 2070 so for that reason I put it one tier above, you will have a considerably better time with the super version in my opinion that's the main reason now I might be wrong what I consider a good deal or good experience might vary some people might have a higher minimum budget for say so even the 3060 ti might not make sense for them but yeah mostly my opinion but definitely something worth considering because in the end of the day your comment make sense. It depends on the budget and what you consider good enough even the 3060 is not that bad. But depends get that if you are on a budget and if you really enjoy ray tracing and dlss but if you want just sright up performance looking at AMD that might be the best option. they have their version of DLSS which is called FSR but don't compare them. dlss is just that much better and the ray tracing is a lot better at the Nvidia's side but if you just want pure frames and pure performance right now there are some better deals on the AMD side so I would say explore that part as well I mean like if you are on that budget I just sow a deal at new for the rx 6750 xt for 330 dollars it has 12gb and it is more powerful then the 3070 but maybe you want something with more performance so you can give more money for a bit more performance and don't forget Nvidia has been on the market for longer so their prices are higher but their software is more mature dlss is on a different level and ray tracing looks better but this GPU has more performance compared to the 3060 ti and you might even find it for cheaper bc it's AMD I just happened to see it. Anyway thanks for watching and thanks for the comment I don't have any other info for your build like your budget and your CPU to know what would go best there and idk if you are just a gamer or if you want to edit and stuff like that but the rx 6750 xt doesn't look bad and goes on sales a lot
