Conch fritters are indigengous to the Bahamas...people normally give credit to the origins of a dish...this popular food has many variations like other dishes from other countries
It's quite obvious she's not a Bahamian....why the garlic, old bay, boullion powder, tomatoes? These will take that conch flavor away......chicken stock and ketchup too? Only a non bahamian who doesn't know any better would enjoy this disaster
How bout you do us all a favor and please disclose that the version you created is not the traditional method native to the Bahamian culture. We have no problem with variations, but full disclosure is best for everyone.
