- New to Adobe Illustrator is Share for Review! Take a desktop .Ai file and share with others, restrict viewership, and give them the ability to add comments on specific parts of the design. You as the designer can then see those comments in Illustrator and comment and/or resolve right in Illustrator.

Is there a way to show the name of the artboard, especially If I have several artboards, , that would be very useful. Thanx!
If I have several artboards, is there any way to share only one especific? I tryed to hide the elements, but it's showing when I share the project. I am doing this for a client, not for a workgroup, so I only want to show part of the whole project.
Doesn't work for me. I'm on a Mac, idk. XD is giving me problems as well. Co workers on their PC's can view the link but It's an error on my Mac.
Try it in a different browser on your Mac. Or send the link to me and I can try it on mine. And clear your cache etc and that might clear out the problem.
Thanks for the review! Is there a way to see the history of design changes you've made for versioning purposes? I save several versions while working with stakeholders so that I can revert back to designs if needed.
Yes! But it does need to be saved as a Cloud Document. Then when you have the file open look in Version History. It saves all incremental versions (multiple per day?) but you can also bookmark them as "Version 1" etc. Thanks for watching!
@@PaulTrani Gotcha. I don't use Cloud as I work off a server. Is there any other way to version locally, yet maintain the same review link?
Hi, can I transform that shareable link to a PDF file? I lost the editable AI :(
If I design an InDesign page; I Share for Review, How does one of my teammates open the document, and make the edits for me? It say I am the Owner and they can't view the edits in InDesign, and they can't update the link or even create a new link.
can't see any comments in illustrator, the panel is blank?
Is there an option to turn this off? The annoying blue pop up bar at the bottom of my documents needs to go!
That’s awesome!! Will we have that in Photoshop as well?
Yup! It's already there! (beta)
@@PaulTrani Fantastic! Thanks!
No ability to pin comments i guess...this is useless for colab when you have a lot of artboards...eg i keep assets on many artboards, should i want freelancer to change specific graphic, i cant really point them to it...unless im missing something
can't see/compare prior versions of designs, and there's no "100% view option", more useless trash from Adobe
