Thank you for sharing, i prayed a lot about this for my baby. I used to use Coconut oil but found it didnt work as well as Olive oil. Olive oil is very hydrating and works super well. Its almost all gone. I just had to get passed the "My baby's head smells like salad dressing."

I had this nubby baby “tooth” brush that I never needed for my baby’s mouth… when my little girl had cradle cap it made a great little massager to rub in the oil.

My son had cradle cap so bad and I would do this and after doing it a few times I noticed it was getting better and then completely went away after about a month. Picking at it can also cause infection cause sometimes there’s open places if it’s bad enough so yes definitely don’t pick at it.

You can if diluted properly. You only need coconut oil for this to work.
