Remember her goal to find Grisha? Might've stayed with her, so when in the wall, she was attracted to Grisha's house, but the only person there was Hannes and Carla. Now, Hannes is a nobody, but seeing Carla in the wreckage in the house possibly made her think that Carla was living in the house with Grisha, which was correct. Her royal blood could've made her sort of there, we've seen royal blood could activate powers, like Zeke's royal blood from Dina made him able to create pure titans from people with his spinal fluid.
If you're a manga reader, and you have read the final chapter, this was wrong. There was a reason why Dina ate Carla 👀
